You still remember how you fell for them.

You were known for cracking amazing (people said that they were awful but really just admit it I'm awesome and funny-) puns and they were one of the few who outwardly laughed and appreciated your jokes. God knows how boring the world would be without you.

It was a rare instance.

You had told them another one of your hilarious (I have plenty more where that came from baby-) puns, and miraculously astonishingly, they shot back a reply that had you (and later on, they would wind up joining you) laughing on the ground in tears.

You can't even remember what it was they had said.

God you couldn't remember a time where you laughed that hard before, couldn't remember the last time you were that happy.

All you could see was their beautiful and glowing face, eyes crinkling in mirth unfortunately hiding those pretty pretty eyes, and their cheeks an adorable rosy red from laughing.

(Hollow chimes of their laughter echo distortedly in your head as tears stream down your face.

It was the last time you ever heard their voice.)
