Chapter 12:Aaron's soft side

After the time spent with Aaron, i was feeling relieved. It was a nice date. Aaron drove me home and left to his place.

I walked into my room. I put my phone on charge and put it in on the nearer drawer. I went near my wardrobe took a light white black top and a mini short. I went in the bathroom,took a quick shower and changed up. I stepped out and went downstairs.

My mom was preparing dinner and Anna was on the courch watching her favourite cartoon. I went and sat near the counter of the kitchen.
"Hey mom!"
"Hey dear! Want something?"
"Coffee please!"
"There you are!"
"Thanks!" I said and drank my coffee.
"So, how was your date!" Mom asked. I almost split out my coffee.
"Well, that was no a date!" I said looking at her.
She rolled her eyes and said!" Yeah i believed you!"
She laughed and continued her work.

It was 7 o'clock and we all sat down to have dinner. After having dinner i helped mom to clean up and walked in my room.

I checked my phone and saw a message.
Aryan: hi! Hmmm... are you free?
Me: hi. Yeah i am free.. why?
Aryan: can you get ready? I'll come and picked you up in 20 minutes.
Me:ok! But whats the matter?
Aryan: Its's urgent. Will tell you on the way! Its' Aaron.
Me: ok.

I didn't really changed up. I tied my hair in a ponytail and went downstairs. After exactly 20 minutes, Aryan came. I went near his car and sat down. He drove us to Aaron house and we had a conversation.

Me: so what's the matter?
Aryan: well just know that he doesn't know i' m taking you there!
Me:why? What happened?
Aryan: i can't tell you..
Me: why?
Aryan: just see it by yourself.

After arriving there i stepped out of the car. Aryan was still in his car. I started walking toward the house when Aryan called me!
:"Ash! The first aid box is in the second drawer near his bed."

By this he drove off. I was confused. I walked toward the house and knocked. His mother opened the door.
"Hey Ash!"
"Hi!"
"Come to meet Aaron?"
"Yeah!"
"Well he is in his room! You may go!"
After this, i went directly to his room. His door was closed put not locked. I knocked but no reply. I opened the door silently sneaking before entering. Aaron was near the window watching outside. I walked in.
"Mom! I told you to leave me alone!" He yelled.
"Well firstly i am not your mum and secondly you have no right to shoute at your mom like that.. its kinda rude!" I said calmly.

"Oh! Ash didn't know it was you!"he said looking outside. He didn't even turn back.
"What happened?" I asked.
"Nothing!"
"You know i don't believe you? Right!"
"Ash i just wanna be alone."
"Ok! If its what you want!" I said walking toward the door.

Before i could go further. I felt someone wrapping his hand around my waist form behind. I knew it was Aaron. He ducked his head near my neck. We stayed there like that for some times.
I broke the silence
"Hey!what's the matter?" I asked. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah feeling better now!" He said in a low tone.
He tightened his grabbed for some times and after some minutes i felt his grabbed loosen. I turn to see him but i was shocked.

"Aaron! You... you are bleeding!" I yelled.

Before i knew it i was pulled against him. He hugged me tightly and said,.
"Promise you wont leave me!"

I was confused and after some secondes i hugged him back and replied:" ok! I promise i won't!"

I started removing my hand when he said," No ! Stay! Some times more!" I listened to him and after a few minutes he pulled himself away from me.

I look at him. He has a cut lip, bleeding nose and some bruises on his face. He had a weak smile. I took his hand and make him sat on his bed. I went near the drawer Aryan told me and took out the first aid box.
I turned to make my way near him. He removed his shirt and jeans and threw them on the ground. I went nearer. I took a cotton and try to cleaned his bleeding nose, he turn his face.
"Aaron stop moving!" I said
"Its hurt cupcake!"
"Did i asked you to fight?" I replied." Now stop behaving like a child and let me clean the blood!"
He let me.

"Hmm Aaron! Who did you beat up?"
"Don't worry he deserved it!"
"Aaron!"
"Ok! It was Sam!"
"What! But i told you not to do so! He's a physcho!"

He stood up and hugged me. I hugged him back.
"Don't worry! Calm down!" He whispered.
While putting my hand on his bare back i felt a cut.
"What's that?"
"A cut for my first fighting!"

Soon, we got pulled away and he sat down on the bed.
"You were doing something!" He said.
"Yeah!" I replied starting to clean his wound.

I gently pass my finger on his bruises then put a medical cream on it.

After i took care.of his wounds. I went and kept the first aid box in its place. I turned back and saw Aaron staring at me.
"what?"
"You could be my personal nurse! What say?"
"Shut up!". He lied on the other side of the bed facing me.

"Well i think its time for me to go!" I said standing up and made my way to the door.

But no! His arms were much stronger than the entire of my body combined. He pulled me back into the bed where he's now laying on his side as well and hold his arm tightly around me like a pillow from behind. His lips was so incredibly close to the back of my neck.

"Stay please!"

I looked for excuses but couldn't found one. I gave up and said," fine i will stay!"

In a fast second he takes me into his welcoming embrace and wraps his arm loosely around my waist while the other acts as a pillow for my head.

I grin, reached up to his forehead and kissed him before he fell asleep!"good night!"

He simply pull me closer," good night cupcake!"
