One Shot One Kill

Chapter 2

Fidi sat up from her very cozy bed when she heard a sudden soft knock from the door.

Who could that be?

She stood up from her bed and walked towards the door. Surely, it's not someone who wants to kill her right? Maybe someone will just shoot her head as soon as she open the door

"Be positive Fidi" She said to herself. She slowly opened her door and to her surprise, a man wearing a black suit and mask is standing in front of her doorway. He's the quiet man from before "May I help you?" Fidi asked in a soft tone, it's quite surprising that she could relax in his presence. With just his presence, he felt trustworthy. Fidi noticed that he was about to take out his tablet but she quickly stopped him "Don't bother. I understand ASL"

Snake Eyes stiff shoulders relaxed a little. Good thing he doesn't need to bother typing anymore. 'Nice to meet you. I'm Snake Eyes'

"The ninja dude? Yeah, I know you. How can I help you?" She asked, still holding her door, peeking from the inside

'Figured you want a tour around or would you like to rest instead?' He signed

"You're not going to kill me, right?" She asked in a serious tone

Snake eyes shook his head, trying to suppress his laughter with her expression. She's cute. 'No, don't worry. I wouldn't do that'

Fidi pursed her lips together and looked around "Guess I'll take your offer. I don't want to loose my way here"

Snake eyes moved a little bit to give her access outside. Fidi stepped outside, closing the door behind her

'Ready?' he signed

Fidi nodded her head "Yeah, lead the way"

Just like what he offered, He took her in a tour. Starting with the cafeteria, rooms, training room, and infirmary. The walk was quiet, Snake eyes were just signing to explain her the places

'Here we are, the--'

"Weaponry!" Fidi explained as her eyes sparkled in amazement. She quickly entered the huge room when she noticed that no ones inside. She moved a lot, looking at the weapons hang up at the wall. She saw a black cabinet with a name of 'Sniper rifle' in it, she quickly opened it and her eyes sparkled in excitement when she saw different types of disassembled sniper rifles

When Fidi noticed that she was too excited and she's with someone. She suddenly stopped and look at Snake Eyes, who is currently looking at her in amusement and surprise. Fidi cleared her throat and slowly backed away from the cabinet "I'm sorry. I was too excited. Please continue."

Snake eyes walked towards her direction and looked at the sniper rifles 'Go ahead and pick one. We can go to the training room next, try it there' he signed

Fidi's eyes sparkled in excitement once again "Are you serious?" Snake eyes nodded his head. She quickly walked back towards the cabinet and took one sniper rifle that caught her eyes, she almost squealed in excitement

Snake eyes watched Fidi expertly assembled the sniper rifle with her hands. It's amusing to see her focus in assembling the long gun, gently running her fingers in every part of the gun checking it's authenticity. It's quite a good scenery to watch

"You guys have awesome toys" Fidi commented as she bit her lip, finally attaching the last piece in the sniper rifle "This is an Accuracy International AWM, one of the most famous sniper rifles that I know. It weights 6.5 kg but it is extremely durable and powerful making your target killed in one spot!" She said while checking the assembled sniper rifle "Do I blabber too much?" She asked him

Snake eyes shook his head with a smile, bummer Fidi can't see his smile 'Want to try it out?'

Fidi nodded her head and smiled "Yes please!"

Snake eyes exited the room, tailing behind him was Fidi. She's not that bad. She doesn't really look like an assassin at all

Both of them entered an empty room. Fidi noticed that the room is filled with props, it's like a movie studio with buildings and stuffs

'Snipers practices here' Snake eyes signed as he stood in front of the controls 'Go ahead and find some place. I'll activate the controls. Enjoy'

Fidi smiled at him like a kid "Thanks"

Snake eyes blinked in surprise when he noticed that she suddenly disappeared from his sight

"Up here!" Fidi called

Snake eyes looked up and saw Fidi sitting in a tall block with her sniper rifle. How did she went there in just a blink?

Fidi gave him a thumbs up. Snake eyes nodded his head and activate the controls. The holographic figures started to move around. Fidi noticed that the blue figures are moving like normal citizens, so only her targets are the red ones. She quickly placed her sniper rifle and checked it, she quickly looked for her first target. Her delicate finger slowly caress the gun's trigger.
Her face turned black when she found her first target furiously running around the crowd

"Got you" she whispered to herself. Finally, pulling the trigger. One bullet pierced through the target's head. Head shot!

Snake eyes stood in awe. She's very skilled indeed. To be able to kill a running target in just one bullet? There weren't​ casualties as well.

Fidi continued killing her targets without a flinch. And Snake eyes stood there watching her serious looking face. Her face was completely blank like she doesn't even give a sht in her surroundings

Suddenly, a figure appeared from her back. Snake eyes watched her pulled out a pistol and shot right through the figure's head, without even looking at her target, who attempted to ambush her

Fidi continued without a stop. Snake eyes noticed that she won't stop at all so he tried something crazy. He stepped inside the battlefield​, walking around. He wants to know if she can determine an enemy and a foe

Fidi's sniper rifle pointed at Snake's direction. She quickly stopped and looked at him "What are you doing?"

'You were too focused' he signed 'I'm curious if you'll shoot me or not'

Fidi smiled and jumped downward "Are you crazy? I won't do that"

Snake eyes nodded his head and turned off the controls 'Do you still want to play?'

Fidi shook her head "Nah, I'm satisfied"

'Let's continue our tour then. Can you carry that rifle yourself?' he asked, signing

Fidi nodded her head "But I thought we're bringing this back to the weaponry?"

'It's already yours when you first touched that. Come on let's go' he started to walk ahead and Fidi quickly followed behind

She blushed at his response. She admits it, he's very cool
