"Mama likes blueberries"

"Mama also likes to sleep in on a Saturday" I groan, stretching out as my mind slips out of the dreamland. I turn my head to find my daughter laying on my girlfriend and I smile softly.

"Good morning sleepy head" Eliza says, leaning over and kissing me softly. I kiss her again and she smiles. "You did sleep in. But now Sofia wants pancakes for breakfast" She says, pushing back up into her original position as Sofia moves so she's laying on me. She rests her chin on her hands and gives me the puppy dog eyes and a little pout comes out to play

"Who taught you that?"

"Please Mama. Penny never makes it right"

"Pancakes are Sunday Breakfast" I remind her, trying not to crack under her look. She cannot know that it will work on me. I tickle her sides to distract her, and she laughs, trying to get off of me to avoid being tickled. "If you have pancakes today you don't have them tomorrow annd I get to pick the first movie"

"Deal" Sofia nods her head firmly, a straight face watching me. I shake my head, smiling at her

"Come here, I want cuddles" She climbs back into my arms and I hold her tightly, kissing her cheek "Are you going to miss New York?"

"A little. But I want to be with you"

"Aw you sounded so grown up" I coo, she turns her head and kisses my cheek "I want you here too Sof"

"Pancakes!" I wince as she pushes on my chest to sit up and she runs from the room. Eliza chuckles as I turn into her, burying myself in her side.

"Good morning baby" I grumble in response and she laughs, running her fingers through my hair. I reach up and tap her hand before tightening my ponytail. I wrap my arm over her stomach and tangle my leg around hers.

"It's always a good morning when I have my two girls with me"

"And apparently a good night, I can feel your arousal on my leg" I blush and bury my head deeper.

"I can't help it. You do things to my body and I had a really good dream about you"

"I'm not doing anything" She points out and I groan

"I know! You should be fixing this"

"Is that right?" I gasp as her cold fingers slide through my heated folds and I bite my lip so I don't get Sofia's attention. "Fuck,a very good dream huh?" I nod and try to grind against her hand. "You move or make a sound and I stop" I halt my movements and she hums in approval

"MOM HURRY UP!" I groan as Sofia yells from downstairs.

"Fuck!" Eliza chuckles and kisses my head.

"You have a cold shower and I'll start the pancakes"

"She likes them light and fluffy"

"The only way I make them"

"Thank you" She nods as I untangle myself from her. She climbs out of bed, going into the bathroom and cleaning up quickly. I sigh and fall back into my pillow. That's going to get old, fast. Eliza leaves the bathroom and gets dressed quickly before winking at me. She heads downstairs and I force myself up. I grab my crutches from beside the bed and grab some clothes before moving into the bathroom.

------

"Mama these are so good" Sofia moans as she eats her pancakes that Eliza made her and I smile, pouring myself a coffee.

"Situation fixed?" Eliza asks quietly when I sit next to Sofia. I nod and she takes my hand as I sip my coffee. "Sorry"

"It's OK. It's no different to being paged" I sigh and help myself to pancakes. "Thanks for doing breakfast"

"Sofia helped" She squeezes my hand before letting go and eating her breakfast.

"Did you?" Sofia nods before shoving another piece into her mouth. "Did you use your manners?" She nods again and I smile, reaching over and cupping her cheek, wiping away a blueberry stain. "Good girl"

We eat breakfast before cleaning up the kitchen and Eliza has a quick shower before we settle down for our movie day.

Sofia munches on popcorn as the start of Harry Potter plays on the TV. Eliza passes me the bowl off chips before settling down beside me. I move into her side and she wraps her arm around me.

"Mama, why am I not a witch?"

"Because not everyone is baby. It's all about balance" I answer like I normally do.

"You believe in witches?" Eliza whispers so Sofia doesn't hear

"You don't?"

"It's fiction, made up myths"

"You seriously believe that?"

"Yea. There's no proof that witches ever existed. They're stories to scare kids around campfires"

"Maybe, but they do exist"

"Where's your proof?"

"I'm a witch" I say softly, not wanting to freak her out.

"You're delusional. Watch the movie" I roll my eyes and wave my hand. The lights turn on and the TV pauses and Eliza falls off the couch. I sit up properly and I wave my hand again and the lights turn off and the movie plays again. "What the-"

"Told you" I sigh as she stands up, wiping her pants.

"How did you?"

"I'm messing with you. I pressed the remote" She sighs and sits back down. "I wish I was a witch" I laugh and kiss her cheek. "I don't believe in witches but I'm not telling her that witches don't exist. She loves them"

"You are a good mom"

"Thank you, I try"

"You don't have to try, you are a natural when it comes to raising Sofia"

"Mama?"

"Yes sweetheart?"

"Swaps?" I grin and take the popcorn off of her, giving her the bowl of chips. "Thank you" I get comfortable again and focus back on the TV. Eliza runs her fingers down my arm and goosebumps ripple down it.

"Swap" Sofia says two hours later as I struggle to keep my eyes open. Movies always make me tired, no matter how good they are

"Chips or Lollies baby?"

"Lollies please" I pass her the lolly bowl "Thank you" I smile and squeeze her hand before closing my eyes and letting sleep pull me under.

Belated Merry Christmas!
Honestly can't wait for this year to be over! Finally rid of the bad people in my life and 2018 is gonna be great 😂
Can't wait for The X Files to be back on TV, and Grey's Anatomy but mainly The X Files tbh. And I can't wait to start my new course and get my restricted so I don't have to depend on others to take me somewhere.
Enjoy!
