I stared up at the girl in front of me. I am usually never acknowledged but since my parents transferred me to a private school, I've been getting more attention than I would have liked. "Wanna skip class, go to a cafe near by?" she, whose name I think was Ash, had asked but I just shook my head no. " Uh....t-thank you but I'll p-pass...I-I'm not allowed to skip class. "I mumbled out as loud as i felt most comfortable. Which wasn't very loud. Ash just scoffed and rolled her eyes before walking back to her seat, muttering something under her breath. I gulped slightly, heart beating just a tad faster than normal. I was a bit afraid of disappointing people or making them mad. I glanced around at my classmates, noticing that some of them gave me weird looks, before i turned back to my book. Maybe if I just ignore them then they'll just leave me be.

Eventually though i am mostly saved by the bell, I guess, as the teacher walks into the classroom. The teacher, who looked very lovely, sets down her stuff and glances around. She introduced herself as Mrs. Persephone. Which actually meant bringer of death in old Greek! Before she could continue on with the day's activities, the girl from earlier.....Ash.....had gotten up. She flipped the teacher off and walked straight out of class! How rude!
