Lilith hesitated for a moment, I glanced over at the old Lady and notice her eyes widen. I bite my lip feeling slightly self conscious, I eventually just said "It's fine Lilith, we can chat another time, I'm sure Benny will be happy that it's just us." I smile and walk back over to Benny who was just getting up. As we left, I overheard that women mutter to Lilith "I know that girl, she's a bad girl... If you're hanging around with girls like her you might end up like her. She's a bad influnce on you Lilith, I've seen her and her boyfriend around doin' drugs and such a couple years ago, seems like she's still the same," I shake my head and sigh frustratedly, I grab Benny's arm and storm off, after we get a couple blocks away, Benny stops me and says "Ash, what's wrong why are you all firey all the sudden?" I sigh and look away from him.
"It's nothing... Just that lady was talking shit about me." I mutter, Benny sighs and pulls me into a hug and he pets my head gently.
"Let's go back to your place and 'relax'" Benny says in a calm soothing voice. I smile and roll my eyes and I say "It's been awhile since I got high, you might need to reteach me."
