As soon as i opened the door, Anthony glances up at me and smiles nervously. " u-um....hi anthony.....what are you doing here? " i say, smiling slightly. Anthony rubs the back of his neck slightly and lets out a shaky laugh. " i-i just wanted to check to see how you were doing and such... " he says nervously. He looks down at the box in his hands and says " o-oh and i brought you some sweets.....i didn't know what you liked.....so i got you a assortment of things you may or may not like ".
I smile and i gently take the box from him before stepping aside and making a gesture for him to come inside. " you can come in if you want, i-i don't mind " i say, with a small stupid stutter. He smiles and walks inside nervously before i softly shut the door. Anthony looks around the living room and takes off his shoes before putting them on the shoe rack. " t-this is a nice place you have here " he says smiling at me his cute dorky smile.....i mean......not cute but.....never mind.
Suddenly i get a call from an unknown number. I answer it timidly and put it to my ear. " hello? " i say, my voice trying to sound calm. But all i could hear was shaky breathing and some background noise of bathroom toilets going off and such.
