I walked out of the bathroom moving my hair around, making it look presentable with my one hand.My auntie smiled at me and walked out of the room. That's weird. She never smiles at me.

Lia:What's going on?

I look up to Corbyn, who just shrugged.

Lia:Can you...uhh convince my auntie to uh let me come with you, you know it gets a bit boring with her and I'm not allowed to go out on my own and making friends is hard so I thought, why not ask you to uh hang out somewhere?

My voice goes a little high pitched at the end but Corbyn didn't notice, or didn't point it out.

Corbyn:Sure

He disappeared out of the room for a few minutes while I messed around on my phone.I felt someones presence in the room as I scrolled through Instagram, careful not to like anything. He examined me for a second. He walked out of the room, turning around and signaling me to follow him.Soon I walked out of the hospital and into the bright sunlight.

Corbyn:I'm taking you somewhere and it's a surprise

Lia:Corbyn I hate surprises

I groan when I see he wasn't going to tell me.After an hour, spent with my eyes trained on the clock of Corbyn's 7 seater car the car finally pulled to a stop.

Lia:Where are we?

I study my surroundings,it was a house in an area I have never been to before. My back shivered and my arms covered in goosebumps, my heart rate accelerating but I still follow him into the house. When we entered Corbyn shouted, catching me completely off guard, making me jump.

Corbyn:GUYS I'M HOME!

Some guys came running down screaming and screeching,I was about to comment on their noises but a guy with a black mask and handcuffs made me stop.He took big steps forward as I took big steps back.I screamed when my back hit a wall.I could see something in his pocket.I panicked.I had no idea what was happening to me as I started shaking. Then I couldn't breath. My mind went blank and I couldn't do anything.I could hear the screams of a girl but couldn't make out who it was.I fell on the floor as hot liquid burned my cheeks slightly. What was happening to me?

A panic attack.

I remember.

It all makes sense now.

The screaming. The shaking. The crying. The shortness of breath.Losing control of the mind and body.
