"What do you mean, you don't know" Perilous snared speaking through gritted teeth. It'd been a long day, over 87 of the realms finest species specialist had given him the same answer. In fact he contemplated ripping his own head off. "She doesn't appear to be anything in particular, I would think she was an average girl..had you know...the fangs not start to um.." the old warlocks voice began to falter as Perilous ' glare intensified. ".. begin to protru—" Before he could finish his sentence the large berserker grabbed his throat, Fenix was sure he'd actually reach in and horridly rip his tonsils out. Fenix screamed in horror backing into his almost humorously large desk. The desk alone was up to her chest, it made sense considering he would have to fit his massive legs under it comfortably. "Relax" she called to Peri across the room.

His neck snapped in her direction, he started strutting over to her stomping so hard the floor shook and his eyes blackened. When he had finally reached way past invading the personal space line he stopped, glaring endlessly into her odd colored eyes.

"Then I guess it's you I should blame?" His talons slid across her lip slow, not hard enough to draw blood. Instinctively she pushed him away and held her mouth, hot tears formed  in her multicolored eyes.

"What does it even matter?" She whispered, but it came out muffled due to her hand.

" I can't have anyone or anything unidentifiable in my kingdom," he paused looking out the window. Fenix took the chance to see the view as well, red swollen cloud moving unnaturally fast like smoke from a building. She gasped, was something on fire? Noticing her gaze he reassured her, "That is how the skies in Peril look at night. Obnoxiously bright if you ask me." He rolled his eyes. She thought back to his bedroom, where black opaque curtains blocked out any hint of light.

"I'd rather that then to sleep in pitch black darkness.." she spoke aloud but the comment was really just a thought.

"Would you like to sleep in a room other than my own?"

Any normal person would say hell yea, I don't want to sleep beside my captor. But Fenix was beginning to realize she maybe wasn't even a person..definitely not normal, not even on a realm where demons, wolf people, elves and many other species are real. She felt conflicted, would she want to stay with the evil she knew? Or be in a room by herself when an unknown evil can creep in?

"I don't- I don't know." Tears welled in her irises once again. "I'm in an impossible situation right now, I don't know anything, not even about myself. I don't know where I am," she paused her ramblings to take a glance at herself in the mirror. She was short, but she felt like her limbs looked slightly longer, as if she grew an inch or two. In all black fitted tank top and leggings, bare feet her curves showed more prominent than before. She was always blessed with a nice backside but now she noticed her hip bones jutting forward at attention. Her curly brown puff unruly as always, even her hair seemed to grow. It dawned on her that she needed to tie her hair up. "Do you have um a scrunchie?" She held here head in frustration. Now aware how ridiculous she sounded, confronted with a serious question of where she would prefer to dwell, and there she was asking for a ponytail. "A what?" His eyebrows furrowed. "The thing you know, to put my hair up.." she mentally face palmed. "Why would I have that?" He squinted annoyed.
"Just go find Haley I don't have time for this." He brushed her off motioning her to leave his office.

While he still sounded rational and up to taking request she took the chance. "Can you just please please send me back home-"

A ground shaking window quaking roar erupted from the pit of Peri, "NOO" It was a short lived shout but it shook Fenix to the very core. On instinct her swollen bottom lip began to tremble violently along with her heart beat. She felt some sort of hostile yet acquainted enough to make a request, hell they'd been sleeping in the same bed the past few days, she'd wake up with his arm draped around her and just last night his finger had been her breakfast and her lip his lunch. As insane and unpredictable as their interactions were, she rationalized that maybe it was their normal.

"Get yourself together we have one last appointment." He all but ignored her emotions all together.

Now feeling refreshed and less emotionally unstable after Hailey helped to prep her for their last appointment with someone ominously referred to as "The Specialist" as if. All the others were 'Name Specialist in Breed XYZ' That alone should given her a glimmer of hope that they'd find something out, but the repetitive "I don't knows" from 20 others had her doubting every option, she could tell Peri was about to lose his shit too.

"Here splash your face with some cold water and drink this." Hailey's concerned voice bringing her out of her thoughts. She followed instructions with wide glossy eyes still in shock. Taking the water from Haileys extended arm with a weary smile.
Taking a swing of the water it didn't taste refreshing. In fact everything had tasted horrible since she'd arrived. Fenix under eyes were red with green veins scarily visible, they resembled stubborn vines.

"Come." Peri demanded from across the room leaning on his massive desk.

Fenix glanced at Hailey with eyes almost begging, but she knew no one could help her. So she dragged her feet slowly approaching him. "You," he gave a tired look at Hailey "Leave."

A tall skinny black haired man with a pointy nose slipped in with his nose turned up. "Let me take a looksie." The Specialist said with a British accent. His 'I'm too good for this' demeanor has switched into being over joyed and cheerie, he had been looking at Fenix with wild eyes since he appeared.

"Hi I'm," she attempted an introduction but he rudely cut her off with a blunt hand to the face. Fenix contemplated if she should rip it off his wrist all together.

"Down girl."  Peri commented with a smirk noticing her ears had began to turn red and her green veins under her eyes jumped violently.

"May I?" The pointy nose man asked, proceeding only after Peri gave him an approving head nod.

Then he went in, taking Fenix arm with his sharp nose began to sniff from her hand up to shoulder, he continued his nasal assault on both sides. It wasn't until he reached her bicep on her right arm that he stopped dramatically. Dropping to his knees in a fit of giggles. Fenix raised an eyebrow at Peri as if to say, 'This is your realms supposed Professionalism?' He just smirked.

After a few moments passed and his laughter hadn't subsided Perilous grew irritated, this was no laughing matter. With a thud he slammed his books down and stood up, although the was across the room his large frame created an intimidating shadow over the pair.

The specialist stopped his literal rolling on the floor and laughing, and with a large grin, adoration in his eyes to Fenix he said,

   "A new breed."
