After Klaus left everyone just continued eating their breakfast
But I couldn't help but think of it
What if a storm comes and ruins everything... what happens then? How can we know? We are kids for God's sake... how can we survive without anything... we are living in a forest under the water with no one being aware that we are alive
It's kind of scary...
But it's not like we can do anything about it so...
Anyway after some minutes when everyone had finished with their breakfast we started our work..
A few girls stayed around the aeroplane and were looking for food while a few boys were going around the forest looking for wood
The rest of us where in the forest trying to find anything... even a trace of an animal
We were looking for quite a time when we heard Nathan shouting
"I found it, I found it, I found an animal. The first alive creature we discover" he shouted and we went to see what he was talking about
It was indeed an animal... just a small one. It was a small bird, more specifically a small sparrow.
It was really cute. So little with brown wings
"So you found a dove" Alexander rolled his eyes
"It's not a dove you idiot. It's a sparrow" Nathan groaned
"And you still haven't found anything so just shut up" he added and Alexander rolled his eyes
"Ok little sparrow let's find you a name" Nathan said more quietly
"You have to be kidding me" Alexander murmured
"Mmm let's think... I'm gonna call you... Kevin" he said excited
.....boys.....
"Yes that's perfect isn't it? Kevin... my little kevin" he smiled and looked at us
"At least you didn't name him Nathan Jr" I said and Lilly with Estelle giggled
"Whatever.. come on Kevin let's take you back to the plane" he said and left
"Anyway... Let's just go back to our previous work" Niklaus said
We were looking for another two hours before we head back to the others
The things we have found in these two hours were two squirrels and another kind of bird
Casper found the bird
It was black and small but not a sparrow
Violet and Ian found the two squirrels together so they kept them
When we got back it was time for lunch
God I'm starving
The girls have found some food again and the boys have found wood and opened fire
I don't know how we are suppose to live with wood, fruits and whatever we are having left from before the accident...
We sat down around the fire and ate our lunch while talking to each over
"So how are you gonna name the squirrels?" I asked
"Give them matching names" Klaus smirked
"Oh shut it Klaus" Ian groaned
"But seriously how are you gonna name them?" Timothy asked
"I don't know" Ian said
"Mine is a girl so I'm thinking something like Luna" Violet smiled
Luna... Luna the squirrel...
It's sounds good and funny
"Yes... that's a good one... I Iike it Vio" I said
"Mm ok so how about Ian Jr?" Ian smirked
"You are such an idiot" Kimberly groaned
"You are such a girl" he rolled his eyes
"Anyway nothing's coming to me now so Ian Jr is... If I find something better I'll let you know" He said and took his squirrel, Ian the Jr, with him inside the plane...
"Niklaus, Damon... come with us please" Clay said and they got up
They went beside the plane where they put the wood but I couldn't see what they were doing
"Guys check this" Nathan came to us and said excited
Kevin was in his hand.... ,then he took the bird and place it in the grass in front of him
"Kevin... come on Kevin... come up here on my arm" He said and the sparrow flew over to his arm
"Nathan that was very good" Ashley said
"Well done Nath" I smiled
"Thank you girls, I'm happy you liked it" He said
"Come on now kevin let's see what else you can do" He said and left with the sparrow
