"Aaaahhh help helpp" I heard someone screaming and I quickly got up
"What was that?" Alex groaned
"Somebody was screaming" Klaus said and looked around
"Where is Nat?" Emily asked with a worried look on her face
"Oh no" I shook my head and run outside
"No Car wait" Violet yelled
"Caroline come back" Niklaus yelled but I kept running
I didn't stop until I found Natalie
She wasn't far away. Five minutes away from the plane maximum
"Natalie what happened" I asked and sat behind her
She was laying down crying and screaming
"Car... help me... help, please I...." she said crying
"What happened Natalie please tell me"
"Caroline thank god" I heard from behind me
"Guys we need to help her" I said and everyone came around her
"Natalie can you hear me?" Elliot asked and she nodded
"What happened here?" Violet asked scared
"I- I took off my necklace and I forgot it here and I had to come here and look for it" she started
"You have to be kidding me" Alexander groaned
"You are doing like crazy because of that... you came outside in the middle of the night to look for your necklace?" Seth asked not being able to believe it
"It's not just any necklace... my grandmother gave it to me... it's the only thing I have from her... the only thing I have to remember my family... I had to come and look for it" she cried
"Shhh it's ok" I hugged her
"But when I came here and found it... I felt something... weird.... someth- something bit me... I-I have no idea what but I felt it " she explained
"It hurts... a lott" she cried more and I got up
"We have to take her back to the plane" I said to Oliver
"yes..." he nodded
"Guys help me take her back " he said and Joshua and Ian helped him carrying her
We went into the cockpit and lay her down
"What's going on" Margie said worried
"I'm not really sure" I answered
"Why should we trust you?" Alexander asked
"Because my mum is a doctor and I always liked her job" I answered without even looking at him
"And so what? Is that a real reason to play the doctor now?"
"I always liked her job so I know a lot of things... that's what I mean" I turned around and told him
"But still, you are not a doctor?" He said
"And you are? Is any of you a doctor? I don't think so... do you want her to die? If you wish so I will go back to sleep. Or you can shut the hell up and let me try at least" I shouted and he closed his mouth

"Aaaaahhhhh it hurts" Natalie screamed
"Ok I'll be right back you guys take of her jean" I said and went to my bed
I grabbed my bag really quick and went back to the cockpit
I took my knife out and put the bag down on the floor
"Nonoo no pleasee" Natalie cried
"Nat it's ok it's for your own good" I whispered
"Noonoo there must be another way" she cried
"Caroline?" Faith whispered and I shook my head
"Oh god" she cried
"Natalie please listen to me... I do not wanna hurt you... I'll try to cure you alright but to do so I have to see the wound" I explained
"No....ummm.... o-ok" she said and closed her eyes
"Thank you" I grabbed my knife and again and put it where she was bitten and opened the wound
"Ahhhhhh" Natalie screamed..
I couldn't do anything else... her deafening scream was killing me but I had to try
"I'm almost over Nat hold on" I said but she kept screaming
"Someone hold her still" I said and Damon grabbed her legs, Connor her left hand and Jonathan her right one
I pushed the knife and opened the wound further
"Nooonoo" she yelled
"Almost there" I whispered
"Come on Caroline" Oliver said
We don't have anything that can help us run a test in her blood but I tried to see if there was anything weird
And there was...
"Oh no..." I whispered
"What?" Margie asked
"I want someone to hold that leg still for some minutes" I said and Seth grabbed it
"Natalie I want you to relax" I added and she nodded
"It hurts" she said out of breath
"I know... I'm doing my best"
"Ahhh"
"Natalie please relax... close your eyes... I'm not gonna touch your leg I just wanna check something ok?" She nodded nd closed her eyes
"Good but to do so I need you to relax" I added
"Ok, alright..." she was starting to go back to her natural breathing but everyone could see she was still in pain
And I saw what I needed to see...
And that's not good... not good at all...
