"We are not gonna kill it" I said loudly

"Oh no... no... not this thing again" Alexander said

"Alex" Connor warned him but he continued

"No... don't Alex me... I'm not gonna stand here and relive this crazy thing again" he almost shouted

"You are out of your mind... don't you guys see that?... do you remember those birds that we didn't kill because she insisted on letting them go...?" And now he was yelling

"We are here on a remote island underrr the sea ... and as you... you here... You said... we are survivors... that means we are doing whatever we can in order to survive, That includes killing birds to eat.. However we didn't kill them because you said so and we had to listen but now this... this is different. Do you remember the vow you made the first night here? That you would do whatever you could in order to survive" his face was red from all the shouting...

"This right there is a snake... snakes are deadly animals... they kill you Caroline and yet you want to let it go and wait till some of us becomes the first victim but I... I'm not crazy... I 'm not gonna let this happen, I'm gonna kill it whever you like it or not" he said and turned towards the snake

"No noo Alex please don't do this no... wait noo"

"Why why why Caroline why?" He asked frustrated

"B-Because when I left... earlier today... I came here and I found the snake... well more like it found me... but anyway yes and... it didn't kill me" I whispered

"What did you just say?" Damon asked with his eyes wide open

"Because when it had it's chance to kill me... it let me go ...it had the opportunity and it didn't take it... so no I'm sorry but I can't come back some hours later and kill it" I said more loudly and everyone was speechless

I'm not really sure if they were afraid or if they just wanted to kill me

"Why didn't you tell us" Klaus asked quietly

"I didn't want to..."

"You didn't want to mention that you met a snake?" Damon raised his eyebrow

Oh shoot... he was angry

"Ok ... I give up... but whatever happens is on you!" Alexander said and left

"Well I think you found your new pet" Connor joked

A Snake for pet... doesn't really sound like a stupid idea to me... dangerous yes ideed. Stupid no...

"You know what that's a very good idea" I smiled

"Car, he was only joking. And I hope you were too..." Oliver said

"Well joking or not I'm taking the snake as my pet" I said and turned towards the snake. I walked a few steps till I was standing right in front of it

"Hey there do you remember me... you let me go before... I'm Caroline" I smiled

"you have to be kidding me" Violet rolled her eyes

"Tell me you're gonna name it now" Alicia said sarcastically

"Actually I am" I said

"Ohh god she lost it" Connor murmured

"Name it Naggini" Oliver joked

"That's not a bad idea... I love Harry Potter, but I'm not really sure about it..."

"Anyway I'm gonna think more about it later, now come on let's go back" I said and stand up

"Come on snake" I motioned for it to follow me and after some minutes it did... really?

"There you go"

"Well done Car" Violet smiled and I smirked

When we got back to the plane it was time to eat. The rest of the group who didn't come with us to the woods had already cooked so we sat down and ate. When I finished I went inside the plane with the snake following me

As expected... everyone was keeping some distance for me

"Well how should I call you?" I asked the snake/myself

"Naggini? we already said no..." I said

"Wait what about... Anguis?" I said excited

The snake gave me a look that from what I understand means 'what the hell does that mean'...

"It means Snake in latin" I explained... to the snake?? What is wrong with me

"You know what I like it so take it or leave it" I joked and lay down
