23: Touch
Touch was most of what I relied on when I woke up dizzy. I could feel Luke lying beside me and movement alerted me he was awake. I think he could tell I wasn't feeling good and it wasn't just because I was crying. I felt myself sway a bit as I tried to stand up and I was shaking violently. I felt the touch of his big hands on either side of my stomach. He had lunged over the bed to catch me when I had attempted to stand up. Now I felt his arms wrapped around me. I felt small but protected and I curled into him.
