After what felt like forever, your lips parted. Katsuki pressed his forehead against yours, peering at you intently.
You were barely functioning. Your eyes were cast downwards at the sand and your face was flushed. You felt so weak and vulnerable, something you hadn't experienced in a long time, and Katsuki was enjoying every moment of it.
"That's quite the face you're making there." He smirked and leaned back forward, once again pressing his lips against yours. Unlike the first kiss, there was a fiery hunger behind this one. You both melded together seamlessly.
God, how is he so good at this?
He pulled away only to the point where your lips hovered over each other before pressing back down once more. This time it was forceful enough to push your back down onto the sand.
"Woah woah, slow down there boy." You pulled away. He was now towering over you with his hands placed in the sand on either side of your head. He stared down at you intently.
"What is it?" There was an intensity in his eyes that made you tremble. You took a deep breath to try and gather your thoughts.
"What does this mean? Are we together? I just want to make sure we're both on the same page here." He didn't hesitate for a moment with his answer.
"Yes you dumbass. I wouldn't be doing this with you otherwise." He spoke sternly. You couldn't help but chuckle.
"That's surprisingly classy coming from you." He narrowed his eyes.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN?" You smiled warmly.
He's still the same Katsuki...
You reached up with your good hand and lightly touched his cheek.
"I like you." The words rolled off your lips effortlessly. Katsuki immediately stopped his ranting and just stared. "I just wanted to make sure you knew."
A moment later he kissed you again, even deeper this time. You felt his tongue brush against your lips, as if asking for permission. It made you jump, and he could feel it. Katsuki pulled away and hovered above you before placing his thumb on your lips and rubbing them softly.
"Don't worry, I understand what no means." His voice was gentle and comforting. You covered your blushing face with the back of your hand and nodded. He smiled and weaved his fingers between yours before lifting your hand to his face and planting a soft kiss on the back of it. "Besides..." He added. You glanced up, curious about what he had to say.
"I'm planning on making you beg."
Now your face was red. You began stuttering, trying to form words. Katsuki only watched you with the smuggest look on his face.
"LIKE HELL THAT'S GONNA HAPPEN YOU DAMN HEDGEHOG." You pushed him off and stood up, beginning to stomp off towards the inn. He laughed and got up, following after you.
"That's fine, I like a challenge."
Eventually he caught up to you and casually took your hand in his. Katsuki noticed your face was still red and chuckled a bit. You both just walked hand in hand. The sun was long gone by this point. Only street lights casted a glow on the street.

"So am I in danger of being disintegrated right now?" He questioned. You glanced at him and tilted your head a bit.
"My quirk actually takes a lot of focus to activate. It's only hard to control while in use." Katsuki rubbed the back of his neck.
"Ahh I see. Anything else I need to know about it? Why did the military care so much about containing you if your families quirk was already well known?" Your mouth dropped open a bit before you turned away and looked down.
"It's because my quirk is mutated. The original quirk was called 'Transmutation'. It was a lot like Momo's quirk of being able to convert her own fat cells into other materials in order to create objects."
"Ponytail's?" Katsuki raised an eyebrow. You facepalmed.
"Come on Katsuki, you should know your classmate's names by now..." He only rolled his eyes and shrugged. Exhaling, you continued.
"Anyways, there are a few big differences between my quirk and the original 'Transmutation' quirk. The original only worked on inorganic material, while mine can also consume organic life. The process also had to finish with something else being created. Mine seems to stop in some kind of weird in-between phase where the material becomes an unstable mass of biofuel. Lastly, the original was much easier to control so I've been told. The area of effect wouldn't expand unless you willed it to do so."
You glanced back over and noticed that Katsuki was zoning out. "HEY." You hit his side with your hip in an attempt and get his attention. "Are you listening?" He looked over with a cheeky grin.
"Oh, yeah I was just thinking about my strategy on how I could beat you." You paused for a moment in disbelief before breaking out laughing.
"You're ridiculous. I pour out my deepest darkest secrets to you, saying that I accidentally murdered so many people with an uncontrollably powerful quirk. And you're thinking about how to beat me?!" Your laughter continued.
"THE HELL ARE YOU LAUGHING AT, YOU THINK I CAN'T?! I'LL TAKE YOU RIGHT NOW." Smoke was nearly coming out of his ears. You continued to egg him on.
"I bet with a broken wrist I could still beat you."
"ALRIGHT THAT'S IT, LET'S FI-" He stopped as you suddenly planted a kiss on his cheek. He stuttered and found himself blushing slightly. You pulled away and smiled sweetly.
"I'm glad it's you Katsuki..." He raised an eyebrow, slightly confused.
"Huh? What do ya mean by that?" You only smirked and continued forward.
"Nothing." He pouted at your response before following after you.
"Oi slow down. If you're gonna pull some sneaky shit, at least give me a real kiss."
