I looked around for Tyler everywhere but the idiot was nowhere. Finally, I found him near Zac's locker.
"I won't do it, Zac," he said in a firm voice. I decided to wait behind the locker. The less chance of me seeing Zac, the better it was.
"Why? Do you like her now?" Zac sneered.
"We're friends! Is that so hard to understand?" he replied, somewhat annoyed.
"All I can see is that you betrayed me," Zac said in a surly voice.
"Well, what I can see is that you lied to me and tricked me into believing you had better intentions. You're an asshole. I don't even know why I agreed with you in the first place."
"Did you just?" Zac questioned in a steely voice.
"Yeah, I did. What will you do about it?" I heard a scuffle and something that sounded like a punch, followed by a grunt of pain.
"What the hell?" Tyler sounded really annoyed. I debated with myself about whether or not I should go. I decided to. Me interfering might stop Zac from punching Tyler again. I took a deep breath, took a few steps back and pretended like I had just arrived.
"Tyler? There you ar-" I put on a mask of shock as my voice fell. Thankfully, Zac had already left.
"What the heck happened to you?" I asked, with concern (this was not faked) as I saw his bloody face. Or maybe to was just his nose, but whatever Zac hit was bleeding a lot.
"I don't know, princess. Maybe I just got punched." i rolled my eyes at his sarcasm.
"Well, duh, but by whom?" I already knew the answer but I wasn't supposed to.
"Zac. We had a fight." I raised my eyebrows at this, pretending to be shocked.
"You should get cleaned up. Your face is covered in blood."
"It's not that bad. He can't throw a good punch anyway. It doesn't even hurt that much." I raised my eyes at that.
"No, seriously. It's okay. I'm just annoyed that he left before I could punch him back." I rolled my eyes. Boys.
"And I'm not going to go the nurse. She'll ask questions,"he added. I sighed.
"This is the second time I'm skipping school this year and it's only October."
"You don't have to come," he said.
"I want to so I will. You might need help."
"Yeah or maybe you just can't stay away from this gorgeous Greek God." I rolled my eyes again. I swear, one day my eyes are going to me stuck that way at this rate.
"What Greek God? Hephaestus?" I replied. Good comeback, Hailey.
"Now that's just mean," he said, pouting. I don't get how he looks so adorable with blood all over his face. I tried rolling my eyes (for the third time in the past two minutes) but I ended up smiling.
"Lets just go," I suggested.

"You'd make a pretty hot nurse," Tyler commented as I fixed him up. Rolling my eyes (for the 27th time in the past hour, I think.) , I ignored his comment.
"I fact, since tomorrow's Halloween, come to the Halloween party at Chase's with me as a hot nurse."
"So you want me to be almost naked and when someone asks me what I am id say 'I'm a nurse, duh!'? I said.
"No. You're smarter than Karen."
"You got the reference?" I asked, incredulous.
"Hey, Mean Girls has the three plastics. They're hot." I shot him a look that said 'I'd-roll-my-eyes-but-they're-too-tired'.
Somehow, I didn't mind Tyler's company. He did hit on me and make cocky jokes but he made me laugh too. And smile. And his cocky jokes were true. Plus my eye rolling skills had improved a lot.
