Thank god I couldn't go. The notices for the basketball team tryouts had been out but I had just noticed them today and they were there right after school.
Me:
Can't make it. Basketball tryouts.Tyler the Jerk:
Then, come over for dinner. My moms not going to be home. I was going to call a friend but I guess I won't. And you can't say no. It's just a movie and pizza.I couldn't say no to pizza.
Me:
Okay what time? And don't expect me to dress up for you.
Tyler the Jerk:
You don't need to wear anything ;)What is it with boys and their sexual comments?
Me:
That's gross and just inform me half an hour early so I can tell my mom.
Tyler the Jerk:
Okay, I gotta get to class, bye.I walked to English and sat next to Alec, wavering under his glare. "Did you go out with him?" "God no, Alec, he just forced me to go over to his house tonight for pizza and a movie. I'm going to be careful. I won't fall for him. I can't." Alec's gaze softened and he stopped becoming my overprotective guy friend for a while.
"What about you and Selena, huh? Have you asked her out yet?" He's had a huge crush on her ever since I introduced them. Unfortunately, she has a boyfriend. I think they've broken up though, they've got a rocky relationship.
" I haven't and I won't. She has a boyfriend. Brandon isn't that bad and I don't want to jeopardise my friendship with either of them" was Alec's reply, or rather excuse. "Or you don't have the guts to do it? Come on. I'm going to start helping you from tomorrow," I replied, with a smile. He didn't say anything back. That guy has got it bad for her.
