I never intended to make her cry. I was a bit guilty seeing her crying.
Sumobra yata ako ng pang aasar kay Lucia. Natutuwa lang akong makita siya na naiinis.
Nanahimik na lang ito hanggang makarating kami sa meeting venue.
As much as I wanted to say sorry to Lucia it seems that she's making her way to avoid me.
"I'll go to restroom first." Lucia told me before we sitted at the reserve table for us.
"Okay. Wala pa naman sina Mr. Cisneros." I replied.
Mga ilang minuto pagkaalis ni Lucia dumating na din si Mr. Cisneros. Hindi ko inaasahan na halos kasing edad ko lang din ito.
"Hi Mr. Del Gallego. I'm Gabriel Cisneros, my father cannot make it today for the meeting. Its nice to meet you." Sabi nito.
"Nice to meet you. Actually, ako lang din ang umattend sa meeting na ito in behalf of my father." - Brendon
"I have a lot of things to discuss with you." -Gabriel
"I think its better if we eat first." Nakita ko na papadating na si Lucia. "Lucia, this is Mr. Gabriel Cisneros. Gabriel, this is Lucia my secretary." Pakilala ko.
"Hi Lucia, nice to meet you." Nakipagshake hands ito kay Lucia at tumingin sakin. "You're very lucky for having this lovely lady here." He smiled at Lucia.
I saw Lucia smile a bit and she say thank you. Bahagyang kumunot ang noo ko lalo ng halatang ayaw pang bitawan ni Gabriel ang kamay nito.
"Ehem! Order na tayo ng pagkain." Sabi ko dito.
Umorder na kami ng pagkain. Habang naghihintay kami ng aming pagkain mas maraming beses pa na kinakausap nito si Lucia kesa sa akin kaya sinimulan ko na lang ang usapan tungkol sa posibleng negosasyon ko sa kanya.
"I heard that your company will be having conference next month. Maybe you can consider our hotel." -Brendon
"Yes. Our company will be the sponsor for the international franchising conference. We have guests from different countries. Participants will stay for a week in Manila and for sure will be needing rooms to stay."-Gabriel
"We can offer you our best corporate rates for your guests and you can check out our conference room. We have good facilities in our hotel."-Brendon
"Well, if you can give us your good rates then maybe we can consider your hotel." -Gabriel
"Of course, we can offer you our best corporate rates. I'm sure your guests will definitely love to stay in our hotel rooms. Our rooms are conducive for office works and equipped with ergonomic desks and chairs." -Brendon
It will be a big help if I can close the deal with this guy. They are one of the fastest growing franchising company in the Philippines. They have more than a hundred guests every year and normally their VIP guests are staying at five star hotels.
Normally, our sales executives are the one dealing with the clients with regards to this kind of transactions but we have to consider Mr. Cisneros as one of our VIP clients.
"I read a lot of good reviews about Hotel DG so if we can get good rates we will transfer all our upcoming events and guests to your hotel." -Gabriel
