"Welcome to casa de Stromberg." Wes sang as we walked into his apartment.

My whole apartment could fit in half of his. "Wow this is so not what I expected." I laughed turning in a circle looking around.

"What'd you expect? A dark cave with a pet lion?" He asked.

"No, I just thought it'd be messier." I said noticing how unbelievably clean it was.

"Keaton cleans for me because he hates having a dirty apartment." He said honestly.

"Where is Keaton?" I asked realizing he wasn't here.

"He went to Mia's." Wes shrugged. "Want something to eat?"

"Sure I'm starving." I walked over to his stack of records in the corner. "Are these yours or Keaton's?"

"Most of them are Keaton's." he called from the kitchen.

I looked through the stack and then moved to the couch and flipped on the tv. ESPN was on talking about Kobe and the Lakers losing so I changed the channel. I put on an episode of Breaking Bad. "Wes do you like Breaking Bad?" I yelled toward the kitchen.

"Sure." He called back.

"What're you doing in there?" I asked.

"Making chicken wraps." He said with a duh tone.

"Do you want help?" I asked starting to get up.

"No, sit down." He said coming into the room and handing me a plate.

"Thanks." I smiled taking it from him.

I was eating and dropped some of the ranch sauce on my shirt, but then I remembered this isn't my shirt. I looked at Wes and his eyes were on the tv so I quickly wiped the sauce away. There was still a spot on the jersey though.

"Did you miss your mouth?" Wes laughed.

I shook my head no. "The sauce dripped out the end. I'm sorry."

"Why're you sorry? It's just a shirt. I have hundreds." He said.

"Well hundreds or not, I shouldn't be staining them." I said.

"It's fine Brianna. Will you chill?" He chuckled.

He went to his room and came back with a T-shirt for me. He even turned while I changed. I honestly don't know why I was so nervous to be here. It wasn't like he was doing anything wrong. I guess I just don't trust myself around him. As I was thinking I saw Wes chuckle to himself and take a picture of me on his iPhone. "What're you doing?" I asked.

"Here." He tossed me his phone in time for me to see that he'd posted a picture of me on his Instagram saying I looked hot in his clothes.

I handed him his phone and smiled. "You're too cute."

"I'm just cute?" He asked.

"Why do you think you're something else?" I asked.

He leaned over so he was mere inches from me. "I know I am." He winked making my stomach do somersaults. He sat back and looked at his hands for a second. "Stay with me tonight?" He asked.

I looked over at him and he wasn't looking back at me. It was almost as if he feared I'd say no. "Sure." I smiled.

He looked up at me and matched my smile. "Cool, so uh, what do you want to watch now?" He gestured to the tv.

"Lets do something." I said standing up.

"Like what?" He laughed. "It's almost midnight on a Thursday."

"Be creative." I winked grabbing his hands and pulling him up with me.

"Lets go up to the roof. You can see all the city lights and you can almost even see the stars." He suggested.

I nodded and he tugged me along behind him out the door. We went up the stairs and he pushed oped the door that had a notice that clearly said we weren't supposed to be up here, but Wes said no one would even notice. We walked toward the edge and looked out at the lights. Wes was standing slightly behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder.

"It's so beautiful." I sighed looking out over the skyline and cityscape.

"Yeah, you are." Wes said placing a kiss on my neck.

I'm not honestly sure if it was the kiss or the chilled California night air that sent shivers down my body, but I kind of liked it. "You're adorable Wes, you know that?" I asked leaning back into his embrace against him.

"I do, but I don't mind being reminded every once in a while." He shook with laughter.

I turned in his arms and looked into his eyes. You know when you look into someone's eyes and see your reflection? Well when I look in Wes's eyes I can see my own eyes so clearly it makes my heart skip a beat. "You're adorable." I repeated smiling.

"Thank you." He smiled back and kissed my forehead. We looked out over the city for a few minutes then he sat down leaning against the ledge and pulled me into his lap. "What's your family like?" He asked me.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

Her played with my hair as he spoke. "Tell me about them, like brothers sisters, what they're like." He elaborated.

"Okay, well I have two brothers and a sister. My older brother, Alex, goes to school at the community college back home to be a cop and I'm pretty sure he's an alcoholic. Then my younger brother, Matt, is only ten so he's just a little cutie. My sister's fifteen and her name's Karma and she's a bitch." He chuckled. "No she seriously is. We hate each other with a passion. She's moms favorite and always has been."

"I doubt that." He said trying to make me feel better.

"No it's true." I shook my head. "My mom works at a bank as a teller, and my dad was a fireman but he's retired now."

"Well you're my favorite." Wes readjusted me so I was more facing him.

"That's easy to say when you haven't met them." I laughed.

"It wouldn't matter if I had." He shook his head. "What's the craziest thing you ever did with a guy?"

"I broke my wrist sneaking back into my house once." I said.

"How?" He laughed.

"I'm kind of a klutz actually. My boyfriend at the time snuck me out and we went to a party and he was talking me through climbing the tree to get back inside. In my drunken state though I misjudged the distance and missed the window. I fell seven feet and tried to break my fall, but I only broke my wrist." I laughed telling the story.

"You were such a rebel." He joked.

"I was!" I laughed. "Back in the day I was rambunctious."

"Did you ever get arrested?" He asked.

"Once, but no one pressed charged." I nodded. "My boyfriend at the time was in a bad crowd and we were with his friends so we all soaped windows. The cops caught us and they left me to take the fall when they ran. I didn't rat them out, but the cops just gave me a warning."

"You've had a colorful set of boyfriends huh?" He said.

"I guess you could say that." I shrugged.

"I think I'd make a nice addition." He winked.

"Is that your way of asking me to be your girlfriend?" I asked.

"I really like you Brianna. When we started this it was just supposed to help out publicity, but now you're all I think about. So yeah, that's my way of asking you to be my real girlfriend." He said looking at me to answer.

"Then yes, I'd love to be your real girlfriend." I giggled wrapping him in a tight hug.

We talked for awhile on the roof then made our way back to his apartment. I was so tired and when I seen it was after two in the morning I understood why. Wes and I cuddled together in his bed and I was out like a light in no time flat.
