I rolled over crashing into something solid that I'd become pretty familiar with in the last few hours. I opened my eyes noticing I was laying against Wes's chest. He was still sleeping so I scooted out of bed and pulled on some clothes. Sweats and a big T-shirt, because that's what I found first. Then I trailed into the kitchen only to find Shayla making French toast.

"Morning! How was the date! My night was fun Wes and I watched movies, but he fell asleep so he slept over." I blabbered on nervously.

"I had fun. Drew's amazing." She looked at me the laughed out loud.

    "What." I asked.

"You have sex hair." She said simply.

"Well what can I say? She has amazing hair." Wes said now standing behind me making me jump.

    "Morning Wes." Shayla chuckled.

"Morning Shayla. Morning babe." He then kissed my cheek and went to get a glass of orange juice from the fridge.

"Anyway, where'd Drew take you after dinner?" I asked.

"He took me down to the pier and we sat on the edge and watched the ocean." She smiled as she thought back to the events of her date last night.

"I'm glad you had a good time." I smiled.

"You guys are out of milk." Wes said looking guilty as he came around the corner.

"I just bought milk." I complained.

"Well someone must have dropped the thing on the floor and it must have spilled everywhere." He said slowly still looking guilty.

Shayla looked around the corner and bust out laughing. "Bri you can clean that since he's yours."

"He's not mine! He's clearly a stray." I giggled as Wes made a pout face. I grabbed a towel from the laundry basket behind the couch.

"I'll get it." He said. "I was just letting you know you needed more." He grabbed the towel from my hands.

"Wes I can get it." I reached for the towel.

Of course he didn't give it to me though. He twirled it then snapped my ass with it and started laughing. Before I knew it he was on his knees cleaning up his mess. I stood and waited for him to finish then took the towel and threw it back in the basket of dirty clothes.

"You guys are adorable ya know?" Shayla smiled.

Wes dropped his arms around my midsection and nodded his head. "Yeah we're pretty cute huh?"

"I knew you would be." Shayla smiled. "The French toast is done so you guys can come eat now."

After breakfast Wes left and went home leaving Shayla and I with the day to ourselves. That is until there was a knock on our door. It was Drew and he'd come to kidnap Shayla. She asked if I cared if she went and I said no. I mean I don't like to be alone, but I'm also not going to make her stay her because I'm a big baby.

They left and I sat on the couch thinking about what to do. I needed a shower, and I should do the laundry. I sighed and stood up on my feet and decided to do laundry first. After it was all done I folded it and put my things away. The I took a relaxing shower and after that it was almost three in the afternoon. I paced the living room and checked my phone. Shayla had texted me saying she was staying at Drew's in Venice Beach so I was on my own for the rest of the night. Oh, yay! Note my sarcasm.

I thought about texting Wes but I don't want to seem clingy. I'm sure he has better things to do than to babysit me. I made some popcorn and put in a scary movie. It was almost half over, I was out of popcorn, and had jumped a hundred times when the door to our apartment opened. I screamed and flung the empty bowl at my intruder.

"What the hell?" Wes laughed knocking the bowl out of the air and looking at me like I was a nut ball.

"I thought you were a murderer." I breathed a sigh of relief.

"And an empty bowl was your weapon of choice?" He questioned.

"It's all I had Wesley!" I rolled my eyes. "Wait, why are you even here."

"Fine, I guess I can leave if you don't want me here." He shrugged.

"No! Don't go, just why'd you come?" I laughed.

"I figured you'd like some company since Drew stole Shayla." He said coming and sitting down next o me on the couch. "And you know if you didn't watch scary movies alone you might not throw things at your caring boyfriend."

"Nah, I'd still throw things at you." I giggled.

"Throwing yourself at me doesn't count." He joked.

I hit his arm and he laughed again. We watched the rest of my scary movie then we were about to make something to eat when my phone rang. I shrugged seeing Drew's name and picked up.

    "What's up Drew?" I asked.

"Does Shayla have food allergies?" He asked.

"No but she's really allergic to bees. Like if they sting her she swells up and junk. Why?" I asked.

"You should probably meet us at the hospital. She's swelling up and I'm kinda freaking out. We'll meet you there." And then he hung up. I told Wes I'd explain on the way and drug him to my car and we heard to the hospital. Why isn't my life ever normal?
