Michael’s POV
As soon as the last bell rang I gathered all my stuff together and got the hell out of there. Today had been a long day and I just wanted to leave. Also I didn’t want to bump into Sydney again. Once I got to my car I texted the guys telling them to meet me at my house. Once the text sent I pulled out of my parking spot and drove away. As I drove home I kept thinking about her. I don’t know why I can’t get her out of my head. I have only seen her from a side I haven’t ever stood in front of her and really looked at her. I’m pretty sure she is even more breath taking up close. I don’t even know her how can I feel this way about someone I don’t even know? For all I know she could be a complete bitch or could be psycho killer. I doubt it though. She’s probably really nice. Maybe she will be like me. We could play video games together and she could dye my hair for me and she seems like someone who hates her laugh or smile but I would tell her it’s perfect. God I’m acting like such a fucking girl over this! I need to go hang out with the guys right now.
Once I reached my house I saw that my friends were already there. They were just getting out of the car so they probably weren’t here too long. Once I pulled into the driveway I got out of the car and was greeted by my friends. Once I unlocked the door we all got food and went up into my room to play some video games.
“So did you talk to Sydney today.” Luke asked as he stuffed his face with a bag of Doritos.
“In the morning she tried talking to me, but Ashton just told her to fuck off.” I said laughing and so did the guys.
“Why won’t she just leave you alone. She even tries talking to me about why you dumped her and that it’s all me Luke and Ashton’s fault you guys are broken up.” Calum said. Calum also hated Sydney very much. The guys never really like me with her and I can understand why.
“Hopefully she will just get over it and move on to someone else. She needs to realize that I am not getting back together with her ever.”
After our conversation about how much we dislike Sydney, we started to play some FIFA. I was winning at first, until Calum came in and beat my ass the little shit. After playing for a few hours I decided to go get some more food since we were running low. When I went down into the kitchen to grab some more snacks, I looked out the kitchen window and saw her walking by again. She was carrying a blanket, her backpack, and a box. Her hands looked quite full. I kind of felt bad. I started to think, why does she always walk? Does she own a car? Maybe she takes the bus. Millions of questions ran through my mind. I continued to look at her. Maybe I should go talk to her? I don’t wanna be creepy like “hey I’ve been watching you walk home everyday from my window and you’re really pretty what’ up,” I can’t just do that. As i continued to look at her I soon saw her drop all her stuff. This was my time to shine. I rushed out the door and jogged over to her. She started to pick everything up, but soon dropped it again. I slightly of laughed at her clumsiness. Once I finally reached her, I bent down and started to help her pick everything up.
“Thank you.” She said so softly I barely heard it.
“You’re welcome.” I smiled.
Once I helped her pick everything up we both stood up and finally I met her face to face. Eye to eye. I was right. She was even more beautiful up close.
