"Noooooo.... I didn't drink with the guys..." Tyler slurred. I just narrowed my eye at him as I pulled up my Snapchat.
"Oh really? So this isn't you taking shots with Marcel?" I asked with a brow raised as I played the video Craig had posted.
"Okay, fine. I had some drinks. Is that not allowed?" Tyler said as he glared me down. I was scared as he glared at me but tried not to show it.
"You promised me that you wouldn't get drunk, Tyler! I've been waiting up for you to get home. Did you forget that I have a doctor appointment in the morning?" I crossed my arms over my chest. Tyler watched me and turned. He began to walk away as I grabbed his arm.
"God dammit, Tyler! Don't you walk away from me!" I shouted. He turned around and just stared at me. I then slapped me across the face and turned back to head down the hall.
"God dammit..." I cursed under my breathe. I heard a door slam as I went down the hall. He was in his recording room while I moved to the bedroom. I quickly packed a bag up and was soon met at the door of the room by Tyler.
"Where the hell are you going?" He asked as he watched me. I looked up at him and pushed past him.
"Does it matter? Call me when you're sober, Tyler..." I said. He grabbed onto my wrist and tried to keep me there.
"Please don't go, (Y/N). I'm sorry..." He turned me around to face him. I looked up at him and shook my head. Before I could react, Tyler swung his hand and slapped me again, harder than the last time. I landed on the ground and looked up at him.
"Know what, Tyler? Don't call me! I'm done! Every time you're drunk or come home drunk you hit me! I don't want to raise a family with someone who abuses me like that. I'm done...." I said as I got up and walked out the door.
I got in my car and started it up. Where was I going now? I looked down at my phone and began to look through my contacts. I came across Scott's name and quickly called him. I pulled out of the driveway and looked at the house. The bedroom light was on for a moment before it shut off. I let out a sigh as I soon drove away from the house.
"Hello...?" I heard Scott say. I let out a sigh as I drove down the road.
"Sorry if I woke you, Scotty. I was wondering if it was okay if I came over to stay the night?" I asked as I felt my cheek begin to sting.
"I was just editing a few videos. Is something wrong?" I herd the concern in Scott's voice as I wiped at my eyes.
"I-I'm fine.. I'll just tell you when I get there..." I said as I soon hung up the call.
I drove for about twenty minutes until I got to Scott's house. There was a light on upstairs as well as one downstairs. I gabbed my bag from the passenger's seat and got out of the car. I shut the car door behind me as I made my way to the front door. Before I could knock, Scott opened the door for me with a small smile. I sighed as I walked into the house. I set my bag down my the door and wrapped my arms around myself.
"Thank you, Scotty. It means a lot that you'd do this for me..." I said as I turned back to my friend. He smiled some and nodded.
"No problem, (Y/N). You're my friend.... hey, why is your cheek so red?" He asked as he began to examine me. I flinched away and frowned.
"Tyler went drinking with Craig and Marcel. He came home drunk... and hit me, twice." I spoke as tears formed in my eyes. Scotty pulled me against him and hugged me.
"I'm sorry, dear. Head to the guest room. I'll bring you bag." Scott said as he let me go. I nodded as I made my way down the hall. I went into the guest room and sat on the bed. I looked down at my phone and noticed that I had a few texts.
Craig: Tyler texted me... I'm so sorry about what happened. I didn't know he was drunk until it was too late. Usually he stops himself...
Marcel: (Y/N), please text Tyler back. He isn't doing so well...
Tyler: Baby, I'm sorry... I didn't mean to hit you. I've just been so stressed out lately. I'm scared of being a father...
Tyler: Really? You're just going to fucking ignore me? Are you fucking serious?
Tyler: Okay, fine. Ignore me. What the fuck ever! I'm glad you're gone! Just come pack your shit up in the morning. No, wait. I'll have your shit packed in the morning! Good fucking riddance!
I felt the tears streaming down my face as I tossed my phone across the room. Why was he like this? He acted this way every single time he got drunk.... that's the main reason why we never had alcohol in the house. I grabbed the blanket off the bed and quickly curled up. Tyler was a complete asshole and I was sick of him treating me like this! In the morning, I was getting my shit and leaving him. I was going to find a better place for our baby to live.
I woke up in the morning to hear shouting. It sounded like a few guys arguing downstairs. I sat up and began to rub my eyes as I left the room. I was curious at what was going on and snuck over to the stairs. Once I was there, I sat on the top one and listened to the argument going on.
"I don't care! You can't come here apologizing! You hit her, Tyler! She had a mark clear as day! You're just lucky I haven't called the cops on your ass." I heard Scotty yell. How in the hell did Tyler know I was here? Then again, I always went to Scott when I needed something...
"I know what I did, Scott... I didn't mean to do it. I was just angry. I was drunk! I coul---"
"Don't you dare say you couldn't control yourself! Your girlfriend, or ex now, is six months pregnant with your child! It's time to grow up and face it. You are going to be a father! You really want your child watching you hit (Y/N) whenever you're drunk? What type of message is that sending your child!?" Scott shouted as I peaked over the banister. Tyler looked down at the ground.
"Y-you're right, Scott... I was drinking so much last night because I was so scared of being a father. We finished up the nursery the other day and I just started thinking: I'm going to have a child with (Y/N). I've been so stressed about videos and all this baby talk that I drank too much last night.... I hit her..." Tyler said as he looked down at his hands.
"I love her with all my heart. She didn't deserve what I did to her... I'll be at the house packing up her stuff.. you can tell her she can come by whenever to pick up her stuff..." Tyler turned and left the house. I just sat on the top step crying. I quickly got up and rushed down the stairs and out the door.
"T-Tyler! Wait!" I shouted as Tyler was getting into his car. He stopped and looked at me. His eyes were red and he cheeks were covered in tears. He was crying. Tyler never cries.
"Tyler, listen. I love you. I have loved you the last six years. I know you're scared. I'm scared, too. I know you'll be the best father. Look how you are with Kino. He's our baby boy and is going to be a big brother! We can work through this." I said as I wiped my eyes. Tyler came over to me and wrapped his arms tightly around me.
"I'm so sorry, babe. I promise that I won't drink anymore. Now let's go. We have that doctors appoint to see our little one..." Tyler said as he kneeled down and kissed my stomach. I nodded and turned back towards Scott's house.
Scott came out with my bag and gave it to me. I got in my car and followed Tyler to the doctors. Everything went well during the ultra sound. I smiled brightly as I saw our baby.
Our daughter: Selina Evelyn Wine

I did some Google research and saw that Tyler's last name is Wine. Not 100% if that's true, but oh well. That's what I found. Hope you like this story. :)
