I smacked my hand on my alarm and slowly sat up in the bed. I groaned some as I turned to see if my boyfriend was still in bed or not. I wasn't surprised at all when I didn't see him sleeping next to me. Lucas usually woke up early to get stuff for YouTube done. It was too early, only about ten in the morning. I yawned some as I stretched out before getting out of bed.

I walked over to the window to see that snow had finally covered the ground. I've been praying for snow since Thanksgiving. It only took a few weeks before we got some. I squealed as I made my way out of the bedroom and across the hall to Lucas' office. I slowly opened the door to hearing him laughing and talking to someone. I made my way over to him and quickly sat in his lap before pulling his headphones off.

"Morning, babe. Who are you talking to?" I asked as I slid the headphones on my head.

"Shit man, that your girl? Hey, (Y/N)!" I heard John [Kryoz] say through the headset. I giggled some as I turned to look over the one computer screen that was opened to Steam.

"Hey, John. You won't mind if I steal my boyfriend away for a bit?" I had asked as I felt Lucas snake his arms around my body. I giggled softly as I turned to face my boyfriend again.

"We we're going to play some Uno with Ohm and Craig but we can find someone else to play." John said. I smiled as I quickly moved his mouse to the second monitor where Skype was opened and quickly shut it down.

"There's only two reasons you're this happy. Either there's snow on the ground or you got a package in the mail." Lucas said to me. I laughed and gently kissed his nose.

"I am expecting a package today, so it's a bit of both. Go get dressed! I want to go play in the snow!" I said excitedly.

I grew up where it was rare I saw snow. Ever since I moved to Canada a few months ago, I was excited to see snow for the first time in my life. I wasn't used to cold weather so Lucas had to take me to go shopping for winter clothing. Boots, jackets, hats and gloves. I made my way to the bedroom where I changed out of my pajamas and into some jeans and a long sleeved t-shirt.

Once I finished getting dressed, I did my hair and makeup quickly before grabbing my hat and gloves. I ran to the door and quickly slid my jacket on and then my shoes. I waited at the door until Lucas came over and slid his jacket on. I giggled softly as I quickly opened the door and was greeted by the cold air. I shivered some before I stepped out of the house and listened to the snow crunch under my feet.

"It's so beautiful, Lucas..." I said as I began to run around the yard. I tried to contain myself since we lived in a small apartment complex. I made my way towards the woods that were behind the complex.

"Not as beautiful as you. You'll be sick of it in a week. You'll wish to move back to Texas." Lucas laughed as he followed me. His hands were shoved in his pockets before adjusting his beanie. I rolled my eyes and I spun around to look at him.

"Texas was absolute hell. The constant heat. Lucas, if you lived there for a week, you'd love to be in the snow." I said as I walked over to him and shoved my hands in his pockets of his jacket. He chuckled softly as he tangled his fingers with mine.

"Once we have the money, we should move somewhere. Not to hot, not to cold. What do you think?" Lucas said as he pressed his forehead against mine. I giggled as I nodded some.

"I wouldn't mind. Not Florida because it's so hot there in the summer. I went to Disney a few years ago with my family and it was terrible. I couldn't tell which was hotter, Florida or Texas." I laughed as I soon moved to head deeper into the woods. I giggled some as I soon bent down and began to roll snow up.

I rolled snow into three different size balls before placing them on top of each other. I giggled as Lucas soon came over to me and handed me two sticks he pulled off a tree to stick in our snowman. I giggled as we both continued to walk around before heading back to our apartment. We kicked all the snow off our shoes me before I took mine off and made my way to the kitchen.

I began to make some hot chocolate for the both of us when the binging of my phone was heard. I glanced at it and began to see comments and likes from Instagram. I quickly opened up my phone and noticed Lucas tagged me in a picture. I giggled some as I quickly liked it and looked up at him while he sat on his phone on the couch.
