Cory's POV
Today is the big day. It's so big that I had to change my tuxedo twice. Stupid armpit sweat! God, why do I always get so sweaty when I'm nervous? Anyways, today is the day I'm finally getting married to the gal I love. Oh how I love her luscious curls and her big blue eyes. Sometimes I wonder how a dumb guy like me could score such an angel like her... Oh Hally... Even her name sounds angelic! My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the piano playing "Here comes the bride".
There I see her, walking down the aisle like a Victoria Secret model walking down the catwalk. She looks as beautiful as ever until.... She trips on her dress. Our family and friends gasp. At least she fell gracefully? She jumps up and says, "I'm all good people!!" That's my girl. She takes a step forward and we stand side by side. I take a short glance at my wife-to-be and smile.
The officiant begins to speak "We are all gathered here today to witness and celebrate the marriage of Cory and Hally, a.k.a. #Hory. We come together not to mark the start of a relationship, but to acknowledge a bond that already exists. This ceremony is a public affirmation of that bond..." I tune out the words of the officiant and begin to imagine the rest of my life with Hally. I imagine cuddling with her on the couch and us having our first child... Heck! Even us having our 6 children. I slowly drift back to reality and listen to the words of the officiant.
"If any of you has reasons why these two should not be married, speak now or forever hold your peace."
"I object! I object!" A voice shouts. Our family and friends gasp once again. I turn around and my eyes open wide. It can't be him, it just can't be...
"CADEN!???" I shout in confusion.
Authors note(aka basically what I have to say about writing this): Ooh cliffhanger!! This was a really weird chapter to write and totally cringe worthy. I'm not taking full credit for this since I got some help from the fam bam. These chapters are gonna be short and I'll update as much as possible. So yeah. Ooh I got an idea! I'll just end all my author's notes with "so yeah".... So yeah.
