The sun had just started rising when Eva opened her eyes. She couldn't help but be excited and fearful at the same time. It was the first day of school. But what so special would have just another year at school? Well, maybe the fact that it would be her first year in a new school, a different one. And the difference was not only about school, but generally for her life. Cause in that day, she was officially entering the magical world for the first time. Knowing that even if she tried to sleep she wouldn't make it, she just opened her window and stared at the sky. Light blue, not even one cloud, the chirping of birds greeting her, and a smell of cookies tickling her nose. Wait, cookies?! Is mommy up so early making cookies?! Maybe she wanted to surprise me today, before my leaving... Oh... When will I be able to see her again? I am surely gonna miss her... I have already started missing her if I wanna be honest with my own self... I cannot let her know though, I know she hurts and I am not intending on making her feel even worse. That's it. I'm gonna put my best smile on, go downstairs and pass my remaining time in here with her! Oh! Look! A little bird! She was surprised to see a little bright blue bird sitting right next to her hand and looking at her. She smiled at it
"Hello little birdie!" she said and unconsciously sniffed.

Then, the little bird moved and placed itself on top of her hand. And that's when she noticed. While thinking all of this, tears had started falling down her eyes.
"Oh..." she whispered while rubbing her eyes with her other hand. The bird kept on looking at her intently. "Don't worry little birdie, I'm gonna be fine. It's gonna be fine. We just have to believe it." she smiled while another tear escaped her eyes while remembering her mother's words.

"I'm gonna miss you all, but I'll be back at some point of the year!" she  smiled sweetly. Then, the little bird flew and made a circle around her head, before heading out of her window once again. Eva thought it best to go downstairs and see her mother.

"Hello mamma!!!" she said cheerfully while descending the stairs

"Eva? Why are you up that early? You should be relaxing. Today you have a long journey!" her mother answered in surprise

"Well, I couldn't sleep anymore. I'm anxious!" the little girl smiled

"It's gonna be fiiiiiiiine, you'll see!" Mrs Efie hugged her daughter

"I know, I know... Hey, I know you're baking cookies, why not have them in breakfast?" Eva chuckled

"Oooh, and you're not gonna wait for your cousin?" Mrs Efie laughed and tickled Eva slightly

"H - Heeeey!!! Hahaha! You know me, I am a chocoholic and I LOVE your chocolate cookies!" Eva tried avoiding her mother's tickling while bursting out laughing

"Hahaha, okay, there you are!" Mrs Efie handed a plate of warm cookies to the little girl

"Thanks mommy!!! They're delicious!!! I'm gonna miss them so much! Well, I'm gonna miss you too of course. Well.... Actually.... I'm gonna miss everything...." her bright smile converted into a little frown

"I'm gonna miss you too sweetheart... But you will be back in no time...." Mrs Efie smiled sadly while hugging her little child

The two of them continued chatting till they heard the doorbell.

"I'm getting it!" Eva hurried to the door. There were two people smiling at her: Heluna and Kakashi.

"Good morning princess! Ready for the adventure that is about to come?" Kakashi smiled at her

"Well... Sort of..." Eva smiled shyly

"Hey you little gurl!!! No worries, everything is gonna be more than perfect!" Heluna winked
