It's been a week already since Lauren's unforgettable kiss with Camila. And it's been a week already since Lauren realized that she forgot to ask for Camila's number or even full name.

Groaning in her desk, Lauren tried again to search Camila's name in every social media outlets. But having only a name that's very common, she failed miserably.

"Get up there loser! We're going to the CEO's house tonight for a dinner party." Normani said approaching her slumping friend. "Still looking for your girl, huh? You should give up already with that Laur. Use the dinner party to meet someone new."

"I don't know Mani. We should go back to the last apartment we went, maybe they'll know where Camila lives."

"We've tried that already Laur and how many times do the owner have to tell you he doesn't know Camila? Just drop that shit and move on, okay? You've been so off for a week now, you're starting to get on my nerves."

Lauren just rolled her eyes and pondered to Normani's words. She's been searching the girl for nothing. Maybe Normani's right and she have to forget the girl. It would be one in a million chance that they'll meet again.

"That's what I'm talking about. You slayed that red dress tonight Laur." Harry complimented her.

They're now in their CEO's house for the dinner party that they got invited in. It's their first time, so everyone really took time to dress themselves up for the event.

Harry, Normani, Lauren and Ashton shared a table with some of their workmates. They chatted animatedly while waiting for their boss to come out in the stage.

"I heard he's making a huge announcement tonight that's why we're all here. I think he's retiring." Ashton gushed over to his friends.

"You think Mr. Kennedy will take over his position?"

"Oh God, please no. He's pain in the ass. He's been so hard in our department."

"Yeah, even in the architecture department." Normani replied. Lauren just nodded in approval. Before they get further to their discussion, the host called up to the stage the man of the hour. They all shifted their attention to the stage and waited for the CEO to come out.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. To my business partners and excellent employees. And to all the guests who came tonight, thank you. I know a rumor that I'll be retiring is circulating around the company already. And I'm here tonight to clear that up for all of you. After almost 60 years of running the company, I decided to step down for a retirement. I'm already old and I want to share the rest of my remaining days, months or years with my family, especially to my beautiful wife who's been with me throughout the years. Honey, te amo." Everyone applauded and soon subsided as the CEO continued. "So now, I proudly announce to you, your new CEO, my daughter, Sofia Cabello."

The people applauded the young CEO. With the age of 28, Sofia has been a great asset in the company.

Lauren focused her eyes to the stage. She still can't see, so she brought her glasses. And whether her glasses is failing her or not, she thought she saw Camila, the girl she kissed in New Year's Eve.

Everyone stood up and applauded the Mr. Cabello's daughter who is slaying her blue dress, smiling to the crowd cheekily.

"That's her" Lauren whispered to Normani.

"What are you talking about?" Normani asked curiously as they take their seats again.

"That's her Mani. That's the Camila I've been looking for a week."

"It's Sofia, Lauren. Didn't you hear the Mr. Cabello?"

"No, no, no. The other one. The one in the back. She's the girl Mani." She said, subtly pointing the girl in the back of Sofia.
