"I don't know why we're trying to push this when we can just order something from the restaurant or ask Shawn to cook for us." Dinah complained to Camila as she studied all the mess they've done while trying to cook the pasta for the third time.

"First of all, it's more thoughtful when you make it yourself." Camila started, stirring the sauce she's making. "And second, if Shawn's here, he'll just cook it by himself defeating my purpose."

"Which is to impress your supervisor." Dinah teased her friend who blushed furiously. "I still can't believe Austin did that to you. If I see that asshole again I'll give him a poly beat down that's a promise. I'm so team architect right now."

Camila just rolled her eyes, occupying herself to her pasta. At last she's done with her thank you gift for the architect for saving her yesterday. She hoped Lauren will appreciate it.

"Don't wake me up if you're going to the office." Dinah said yawning as she made her way to Camila's bedroom. The intern glanced to her watch and noticed that it's 7am already, she's been   up for three hours already but it seems like excitement to see the architect is waking her whole body up.

"Okay mom, I'll call you later okay. I promise I'll be there if I can. Bye, love you." Lauren inhaled and exhaled loudly as she ended her phone call with her mom. Her family has been  bugging her for months already to come home but she's still thinking about it, weighing all the pros and cons she'll face.

"Good morning." Camila greeted her cheekily, bringing back Lauren from her train of thoughts. "Good morning." The architect responded with a smile. Lauren's mood switched a 360 degrees as soon as she saw the intern. Her presence just makes everything seems light for the her.

"Architect Jauregui, someone's here looking for you the name's--"

"It's Kendall!" Normani beat the office assistant as she burst into the office. "She's outside and I think she's pretty pissed."

"Tell Harry to hide his ass or I'll kick it myself. That motherfucker must have done something really bad to make her that mad that she'd come running here." Camila stood there confused as Lauren went out and Normani type something on her phone, probably texting Harry.

"What's up Kendall ?" Lauren greeted her and went for a hug but was soon stopped by Kendall's stern look. "Okay, no hugs today, I guess. What's wrong?"

Kendall uncrossed her arms and dragged Lauren to the side by her shirt, much to Camila's disapproval who witnessed the scene. "Don't worry, she's Harry's. She won't be a competition." Normani nudged the intern with a smirk on her face. "Uh-no, no. I'm not-- I-- it's not like--. Camila stuttered, earning another triumphant smirk from the architect beside her. "Whatever makes you happy, honey."

"What the hell?!" Lauren hissed as she tried to stop the model from crumpling her top even more. "Give me your phone." Kendall demanded, but Lauren won't budge. "Okay, so I found this new contact on Harry's phone. The name's Camila Cabello." This brought Lauren's attention. "I think he's cheating on me with her."

"What did you find out?" Lauren asked curiously, slightly feeling uncomfortable thinking Camila with him or with any other in that matter. Jealousy and feeling betrayed crept into her body. She'll definitely kick Harry's ass.

"Nothing. She's just a new contact. No messages or dials, but still. New contact means new hoe Laur. Now you tell me." Lauren sighed in relief, remembering the time when Camila gave her number to the four of them after the parking lot incident. Kendall's just being paranoid as always.

"She's an intern here, okay. And before you go thinking Harry's cheating on you because of the contact number, she gave her contact number to the four of us. Nothing to worry Ken, Harry's head over hills for you, trust me." Kendall eventually relaxed and dropped her tight grip to Lauren's top. "We good now?" The architect asked to the model who nodded with a bright smile. She's definitely the most insane girlfriend she ever met, but she still loves the model like a sister.

After a short chat and unending apology, Lauren returned to her office. "Throwing tantrums again?" Normani asked her playfully who just nodded like it's the most obvious thing in the world.

"Hey Camila, it's almost 12 noon, you can have your break now." The architect informed her intern as soon as she entered the room.

"I'm actually waiting for you." She started, making her way to Lauren's table while hiding her prepared pasta on her back. Lauren sat up, bringing down her blue print to look at Camila. "Uh-so I cooked something something for you as a thank you gift. It's just pasta, nothing especial. Just wanted to thank you for yesterday."

Lauren can't help but smile with Camila's rumbling. "So, can I taste it now?"

"Oh yeah" Camila handed the lunch box to Lauren who happily took it and opened. With the smell and texture, Lauren can't help but smile thinking how much effort someone who looks like she never cooked in her life put in doing a simple pasta.

"This is pretty good." Lauren commented as she ate the pasta. But inside her, she's actually not liking it. It tastes anything but a pasta to her, but looking at how Camila's face lit up, she can't be brutally honest to the girl. "I'll just finish this later."

Settling her things to her living room, Lauren noticed the little lunch box that Camila gave to her. "Why am I eating this?" She chuckled to herself as she forced herself to eat the remaining pasta. She knows it's not the best, but she smiled to the thought that Camila did it herself and continued on devouring the food.

To Camila: Thank you for the pasta. Enjoyed it a lot.

From Camila: no problem. Will cook more for you.

And even though she knows she wouldn't like any of the intern's cooking, she can't hide the smile on her face to the thought that Camila will be doing some effort for her.
