One thing Lauren doesn't like is being jealous over someone who's even not hers. This is definitely the universe's way of letting her realize that as much as she wants to take time, Camila is slowly slipping away. Not everyone can wait forever, Lauren.

So now, as she watch her intern and her best friend act like they are not in the field, being clingy and laughing, she's totally about to kill someone by how she gripped her mechanical pen, trying to control her anger.

Why is Ashton in their field anyway? Yup, Camila needed a ride because apparently her supervisor was too busy in her phone that she didn't hear Camila asking if they should go together. Lauren was pretty pissed because, what the hell? For months that they are working together, it should be obvious already that they will be going together. Fucking Chris, leaving Ariana and not visiting her for almost two weeks again. She still has to talk to her good brother.

"Ash, should you be somewhere else?" Lauren interrupted the two. Ashton smiled at her in recognition while Camila avoided her gaze, busying herself in the table.

"Uh, yeah. Camila was just telling me that she'll be cooking for me." He stated proudly.

Did she heard him right? First of all, Camila's cooking is far from anything you want to experience. And second, is that how close they are now? What the hell is happening?

"Is she?" She eyed Camila.

"Yup. I bet it would be pretty delicious." He stated proudly, nudging Camila who only smiled shyly at him. What a cute scene to see, Lauren thought sarcastically. Can she punch someone right now?

Lauren wanted to laugh at him because duh, that would totally ruin Camila's perfect image. Of all the things that's great about her, cooking is definitely far from the list, nonexistent. But what the hell?! Camila cooking for another person? That should be THEIR thing. Even how much disgusting Camila's cooking, she wouldn't want anybody else experience how awful it is. It should be exclusively for her. But who should she blame this one? Oh that's right, it's your own fault Lauren, so suck it up.

Ashton bid his goodbye to Lauren and Camila, and as soon as Ashton was out of sight, Camila immediately turned around and busied herself to the blueprint that she doesn't even know what building is. Lauren doesn't deserve her attention anyway.

"So you're cooking for Ashton now huh." Lauren said, leaning against the table as she side glances Camila.

"Yup, I am. Any problem with that?" The intern said, not taking her eyes off from the blue print.

"Nope. Nothing. Just that, I remembered you owe me another meal you promised."

"Totally forgot about that."

Okay, that hurt in the core. Why does she crave so much for Camila's cooking when in fact it should be the last thing she would want in the world? She might not want to admit it loudly, but it's more of Camila's attention that she's craving for. What a child Lauren, too dependent on Camila like she's her mom.

"That doesn't mean you won't be cooking for me, right?" Lauren asked hopefully.

"I don't know. I don't feel like cooking for anybody." Camila dismissed, finally able to find the blue print that she's supposed to work on.

"But you just said you'll cook something for Ashton." Lauren protested. She even surprised herself by how she stomped her foot pouted like a 4-year old.

As much as she wants to kiss away that pout in Lauren's face that is annoyingly too adorable to watch and do nothing about it, Camila has better idea on how to spur things out.
