After I knew that the skeleton was going towards me, I decided to turn around and walk away. It was a mistake to go to the park today, even if it did give me the evidence I needed to believe in monsters. Before I could leave, however, I felt a boney hand on my arm.

"where ya goin', doll?" I heard a deep voice that had a slight rasp ask behind me. When I turned around, I saw the short skeleton. Even though I could believe that he was a monster, I couldn't believe that he got behind me in such short of a time. He was too far from me to get here during just a few seconds. If he could get do that, could all monsters do that?

"I-I'm going home." I told the skeleton. "oh, really?" The skeleton asked in reply, letting go of my arm. "Yes, really. I have things to do and places to be." I said. He looked at me for a second. "can ya at least tell me where we are, sweetheart? my boss and i are tryin' to get somewhere and we got off track a little."

They just wanted to know where they were? I could answer that. "We are at RuneStone Garden." I told the skeleton. "really? wow, we are nowhere near where we are supposed to be. well, thanks, doll."

I found it weird that he kept calling me by those pet names. "My name is (Y/N)." I told him, hoping to get him to stop calling me by the pet names. "nice to meet ya. i'm Sans." With that, he turned and went back to the taller skeleton.

After they talked about what I thought was where they were, they walked away. I made note of Sans's walking speed. Unless he ran, I don't think he got to me that fast. It was weird. Somehow, I knew that there would be another chance for us to meet and find more about each other. For some reason, I hoped that we would meet again, too.
