Chapter 4

Soon it was dinner time everyone had a really nice dinner with cute nok jhok! After the dinner everyone settled in the living room!

Raj: so dates fix ki? He said looking at manan

Manik: haan woh... we decided after 1 month...

Vivek: great... toh phir kal subha roka karte hai aur sham ko engagement... actually muje office main kuch urgent meetings aa gayi issiliye itni jaldi keh raha hoon...

Raj: arre koi nahi Vivek... hum samajte hai! Tu chinta mat kar... tu sirf apne relatives ko kal bulale baaki hum dekh lenge... kyun bacho?

Cabir: acha toh kaam baat lete hai toh jaldi ho jayega! Aliya and Mukti decorations dekh lo! Also Alya you arrange clothes for everyone! Dhruv tu photography ka dekh le! Main aur Navya food arrangements dekh lenge aur aunties and uncles aap relatives aur shagun dekhlenge

Manan: aur hum?

Cabir: tum dono aaram karo!

Nandini: lekin!

Cabir looking at Navya: tum dono sachi main sisters ho na... itne opposite god....

Nandini: how mean!

Everyone laughed and started doing there work while manan went to manik's room to hang out for a while!
Manik: so last day tomm! Huh!

Nandini: hmm...

Manik: but no worries ek week baad hum wahi aane wale hai... fab5 is signing a new contract so...

Nandini: sachi...

Manik: yup!

Nandini: congratulations! Fab4 ko pata hai?

Manik: haan! They all know!

Nandini: phir why no excitement?

Manik: actually.. woh log humari shadi ki news main itne excite ho gaye hai ki they have forgotten about the contract! You know Nandini... we were 8 years old when we all came together! Jaise hum bahar se dikhte hai na... waise bilkul nahi hai... Mukti ki life itni suffering rahi hai... ki she was on depression pills for almost a year thank god we got to know early! Now shes happy with her boyfriend!

Nandini: boyfriend?

Manik: haan shes in a relationship! She met him in the rehab center! But woh abhi USA main hai! Cabir ke dad military main the! He died when cabir was born! Cabir never got the love of a dad.... neither a mom because his mom left him in some orphanange! Tab se cabir humare saath rehta hai! Though his not my blood related brother but he understands me like i m his own brother! Dhruv and Alya have a sorted life... except Alya ka brother! Her brother never liked us! He always wanted to break Fab5 but we were strong enough! Yeh hai fab5 for you!

Nandini: lekin muje yeh sab kyun bataya?

Manik: because i TRUST you! I know you will be closer to them more then me! They have started to adore you and your innocence!

Nandini: i promise i wont let you or them down!

Manik: so tell me about your childhood?

Nandini: my childhood.... it was amazing until some lessons were taught at a young age! Main Mr and Mrs Murthy ki asli beti nahi hoon.... i am an orphan jisko Mr and Mrs Murthy ne adopt kiya tha! They gave me all the love and support! Pata nahi unka yeh pyaar kaise main lautaungi?

Divya: tune agar phirse apne aap ko orphan kaha na toh maar khaegi!

Manan looked at the door to find everyone standing there! Nandini ran to Divya and hugged her tightly remembering her past! Everyone decided to leave the mother and daughter alone! After few moments both went to their own rooms! But manik was restless he wanted to check on Nandini! He went to her room and knocked on her door! She opened the door and raised her eyebrows asking what happened?

Manik: woh.... woh... tum thik hona!

Nandini hugged him to assure him she was fine! Manik hugged her back! And kissed her forehead!
Manik: yeh ek week.... i am going to miss you so hard....

Nandini blushed and said..: dont worry 1 week hi toh hai...

Manik: yahi toh problem hai its oneeee weeekkk tumhe pata hai ek week main 7 days hote hai aur 7 days main 168 hours hote hai aur 168 hours main 10,080 minutes and 10,080 minutes main 604,800 seconds main kaise rahunga?

Nandini giggled listening to him...

Nandini: manik... itna bhi difficult nahi hai!

Manik: i know! Bas i cant wait to make you Mrs. Malhotra!

Nandini blushed and said: bahot raat ho gayi hai... aap jaake so jayie... kal subha jaldi bhi toh uthna hai!

Manik: hmmmm... good night... and ya my dreams! He said winking

Nandini laughed and said good night!

And manik left! Divya and Vivek who came to check on Nandini were shocked to see manik to be so understanding! They were happy for the choice they had made for nandini!
