Chapter Seven

I wake up to find the bed empty. I look around and hear the door open and see Connor walk in with a towel wrapped around his waist. I blush but act like I just woke up. He look at me and blushes lightly grabbing some clothes and walking out. 'just keeping that in your mind' I try to stop blushing. I try to sit up but I feel a major headache I didn't even know I had. I suddenly feel my stomach pain and cry out laying back down. Zoe runs in and runs over to me.

" Are you ok?"

She asks me. I shake my head and clutch my stomach. Zoe goes and gets her mother and while she's gone Connor walks in. He walks over to me as they enter the room and Mrs.Muphy walks over to me ushering Connor away. She takes my temp and after telling her where my stomach hurts she concludes that she needs to take me to the doctor. While they're calling my friends to ask them to get my class work I run to the bathroom and throw up. Connor walks in and rubs my back for a minute. He helps me get up and walks me to the car. Connor said that he'd stay home and help me get places and their mom agreed. We drive my brother to school and then go drop Zoe off.

"I hope you feel better!"

She tells me. I thank her and we leave. We drive for about 10 minutes before we arrive at the doctor's office. I try to sleep before we get there but to no avail I can't sleep due to the pain. As we pull into the doctor's office another sharp pain attacks me. Worried about me she calls an ambulance and she says it's going to be a few minutes. She calls Zoe and tells her. While she does that Connor tries to console me because I'm crying. Once the ambulance gets there his mother tells him to ride with me and that she'll meet us there. The medics get us inside and start to drive away. I'm still crying and Connor is holding my hand trying to calm me down a little. Somewhere between the doctors and the hospital I pass out and when I come to I look around and see Connor and Lena both on either side of my bed. While Fawn , Zoe , and Mrs.Murphy standing over by the door.

" (Y/N)'s up!"

Both Connor and Lena say at the same time. The others look over and run over to me. Lena and Fawn hug me and don't let go for about what felt like 10 years.

"She might want to breath guys."

Connor says laughing. They quickly let go and I see tears in their eyes.

"Why are you crying?"

"Because you passed out and nobody knew what happened and everyone got scared! Hell even Connor got scared!"

Fawn tells me and I see Connor blush. Soon after that the doctor walked in and told us that I could go home in a few days. He said what happened was my body was mimicking appendicitis but not to worry I should be fine in a couple of days although I may have vomiting and other things. Soon Lena and Fawn leave and the Murphy's stay with me. I fall asleep somewhere around 11:30. I wake up with Connor basically in the bed with me. I giggle and shake him awake. He looks up at me wide eyed.

"If you wanted to sleep in my bed you could've just asked!"

I say to him giggling. He blushes and apologizes.

"Get in here."

I say to him lifting the blanket for him to lay down with me. He gets in and we lay next to each other and I cuddle into him going back to sleep. I'm not sure how long we sleep for but when I wake up the sharp pain in my stomach is back and I groan and roll over to my other side. I cuddle into what ever is next to me and I hear my friends giggle and Connor sighs buck puts his arm around me. I blush when I realize who I'm cuddling but I currently do not care. After a few minutes I still can't fall back asleep so I open my eyes and look around and see Lena and Fawn sitting in chairs on their phones. They look up and I look around for my phone and find it on the side table. I grab it and open it to find some texts from my brother. I call him and wait for him to answer.

Hello?

Hey! I saw your texts.

Oh yeah! Are you ok?

Oh yeah I'm fine I'm just inthehospital.

What!? Why what happened?

I'm fine. Sorta. Basically my body was mimicking appendicitis.

I have to go but stay safe.

Ok bye.

I say and hang up. I sigh and look at Connor who still has his arm around me. I lean back and look at them ceiling.

"I'm hungry."

"Then ask for something to eat." Connor tells me.

"But I don't like to talk to people I don't know." I tell him sighing.

" You freely talked to me when we had to work on our project."

" That's because we go to school." I tell him and he sighs.

"Ok I'll be back."

He says getting up and walking out of the room. I sigh from the loss of his warmth. After they think he's out of earshot they giggle loudly and run over to me.

"You two are so cute!!"

" Yea totally! Can we please set you two up?! Please!"

Fawn asks me. I sigh and start to think about the pros and cons.

" Let me think about it and wait til I get out of here then I may let you."

They squeal and thank me and start to scheme. I laugh and roll my eyes going back to Instagram and scrolling through my feed. A few minutes later Connor walks in with a nurse and she asks me what I want. I tell her and she goes to get it.

_Time skip_

After my food was brought Zoe and Mrs.Murphy come back and tell me that my brother was at home and that he was going to visit tommarow. I nod my head suddenly getting tired. Soon I'm drifting off to sleep laying on Connor slightly.
