A/N: Long chapter, sorry! It is the first chapter so it may seem “robotic” in a way because of all the describing and information. Hopefully it’s good! Enjoy!

The sunlight hit across my face, I felt the warmth of the suns radiation take over. I slowly pushed my eyelids open, realizing that today was another day. I popped my elbows onto my velvet like bed and let my eyes drift around the room. More like the master room of mine. Yet I really couldn’t see exact details because my bed had thin see through fabric that started from the top of the ceiling. I rubbed my eyes roughly and stretched my arms and legs out until I heard a pop. I swung my legs over and walked on the wooden floor, approaching the bathroom.
I stood right in front of the sink, turned the switch, and splashed water on my face. After a while, I turned the switch back, with my eyes closed, feeling the water drops on my face drip. I grasped the towel and wiped my face gently. In the mirror, I saw the dark brown and blonde hair, which fell down to the half of my back, the green eyes, the olive toned skin, and the pink blush that filled her cheeks. It was only Rose. Rosealie Van Allyn.
I walked out of the bathroom and walked towards my wardrobe, where I chose the light olive green dress that went down to my feet, and swayed when I walked. It was quite elegant to be considered a casual dress. It had straps that were braided and met behind my neck. In my room, I quickly slipped it off my soft sleeping wear and threw on the dress, needing no help at all. Stumbling across the wooden floor as I neared the door, I slipped on my matching flats.
I paused right in front of my door. The door was the only object that kept my true identity here, in my room, than the outside. Every day, I would ask myself whether I wanted to be considered as Rosealie, or Princess Rosealie. I held the knob with my hand and turned it. I saw the sunlight peek through the door and took over my whole room when I pushed the door open.
I was attentive to what I heard and saw. So far, it was quiet as can possibly be. No one was around. Good, my morning has reached its peak. I quickly ran back in the room as I remembered that I totally forgot to brush my hair. I skipped into the bathroom and grasped my brush. I started from the ends of the silky strands of hair and went my way up. It was done quickly since my hair rarely tangled. I started towards the door again, feeling very tense as I walked out. I shut the massive door behind me, not wanting to hear the thud it made when I slowly closed it.
Thud! Oh dear! I rolled my eyes and continued walking on the floor, only hearing the click clacks my shoes made. The walls were carved with different designs on the borders of the skyscraper like walls. The regal paintings on the wall made the whole castle look modern in its own way. Well, not really a medieval castle, but just a really big mansion with European architecture.
I started to walk towards the Grand Entrance, where all the hallways met at the main entrance and the staircase facing the two 20 feet high doors. I was slowly entertained by the click clacks. I grinned as I literally started to tap dance. I quietly giggled at myself, until I heard voices coming from the other side of the Grand Entrance. I abruptly stopped, in the process of almost slipping, so I turned around to avoid people. They were coming closer and closer. I guessed they were males because of their deep and husky voices.
"...Make sure no one comes through..." said one of them.
"....What else? Aren’t you forgetting the..."
"Princess!" One of them called. Spotted. I reluctantly turned my head and saw Entie Eric and Entie Daniel jogging towards me. I tried to put on a good face, as I smiled as cute as possible. Well…there goes my silent morning.
