The bell rang and we went to class. A once again uneventful day until a new girl showed up in one of my classes, Zoe Rider. I glanced up and knew. It was her Luis’s mom, Caspian’s baby momma and I’m stuck in a class with her. Hell, I’m stuck in a school with her and I have a seat next to me.
The worse thing about this is that she was cute. Blonde hair, brown eyes, sort of short, white, nice smile, and damn she has nice lips. That bitch. No wonder Caspian banged her. I am jealous.
“Hi I’m Zoe.” She whispered to me.
“I’m Array.” I smiled at her and her mouth formed an ‘O’.
“You’re the girl who watches Caspian’s son.” She said and I looked at her like ‘bitch, what the fuck?’
“Yeah your son too.” I said angrily and she laughed.
“No, I gave him up. I don’t think I will ever be a mom. Pregnancy was unbearable, child birth was hell, and hearing that piercing scream fucked my ears up. That kid isn’t mine.” My mouth was hanging open. How could she be so…indifferent? She had a baby.
“So why the thing with Caspian?”
“The guy is hot and I know he was a good lay. I think I like him too. I could deal with a child for him.” She shrugged and I shook my head.
“Sure Caspian is a great guy. He has a fantastic personality and he isn’t bad to look at either but seriously? Luis is the sweetest kid I have ever met. He’s adorable, he’s fun, and he’s good. He’s not a little hellion who runs around screaming and breaking shit. If you met him you would love him but look at you, you’re so immature you don’t even want to give him a chance and he’s your son. That’s pathetic.” I got up and stomped out of class even though the teacher was protesting.
The bell rang a couple minutes later and I was called to the office at the same time. I went to lunch and ignored the calls.
“Hey guys.” I sat with them.
“Aren’t you supposed to be in the office?” Cory asked and I shrugged.
“The office isn’t going anywhere.”
“Why were you called to the office?” Clay asked and I rolled my eyes.
“I walked out of class.”
“Vague much?!” Tina shrieked.
“Okay, okay. Zoe was in my class and we talked about Caspian and Luis. She doesn’t want anything to do with the kid. I explained to her she was pathetic and immature then left the room. She’s a bitch man.” I pushed my food away.
“So you fought over a guy?” Mira asked.
“No we fought over Luis. She said the kid will never be hers. I can’t believe her. He’s an angel.” I shook my head aggravated.
“You like the kid? Way to get to Caspian’s heart!” Preston said and I laughed.
“It’s not like that anymore. Zoe is in his life and I’m not going to interfere. He’ll see how horrible she is for his self.” I said calmly.
“And so she plays the waiting game.” Clay joked and we laughed.
I threw a French fry at him and began a mini food war. That was until someone grabbed my shoulder.
“Aren’t you supposed to be in the office Ms. Parkinson?” I sagged my shoulders and slung my bag over my shoulder.
“Later guys.” I said before following the principal’s assistant to the office.
