Grace's POV

Chapter 10

I don't even know where to start.

I'm trying to keep them safe, and calm.

I'm drowning in my own fear.

I can't put them in danger.

But its to late for that.

I'm so, so sorry, Brittany.

"So, where are we supposed to go?"

Jared asked. I could tell by Kristin's expression she was thinking the same thing.

"Um, well, no one knows exactly where Morgana's castle is at,because no one ever wants to find out. But I do know where she is keeping Brittany."

I did know where Morgana was keeping Brittany, but you would have to be absolutely insane to go their by your own will. But it may be the only way to get her back.

"Grace, ever since you told us who Morgana was, you have been acting really jumpy." Jared said "What is wrong?"

I looked at him. He was truly concerned, but I didn't want to tell them, not yet.

"Nothing, nothing I'm just worried about Brittany, and I don't want any of you getting hurt........"

I jumped up (well, flew up) and put on a genuine smile.

"Well its getting dark, and obviously we can't go home,so.........'

I flicked my hand and grew a large oak tree with a built in tree house.

"Show off...."

Jared muttered as we climbed into the tree house. I ignored him and kept climbing.

When I stepped into the tree house I realized how beautifully it was made.

The roof was made of weaved together dark brown branches, with decorative leaves here, and ther. The walls had a similar look to too the roof, but the walls were lighter brown, and as the wind blew slightly the color changed, from blue to purple to red, green, orange, yellow, indigo, and any other color you could imagine. The floor was like a basket. The branches were weaved together, but strong enough to hold up our weight.

Jared frowned at me "No beds, or anything."

"Seriously? Your our complaining?" I asked " I just grew a twenty foot tree out of the Earth with my hands!?"

He rolled his eyes then put his head down on the floor, so did I.

It was surprisingly comfortable, all three of us yawned.

"Good Night."

I said

I was asleep before anyone else could respond.
