I sat in the cockpit of the ship patiently waiting for Master Qui Gon and Anakin to return. I swung my feet back and forth; I was unable to touch the ground. The captain and crew member were paying no mind to me. I looked out the front of the ship and saw two figures making their way to the ship. I perked up with excitement before I hopped off the chair and rushed to the entrance of the ship. I pushed past Obi Wan who stopped me before I could run outside.

"Luana, do not let your personal feelings get in the way of your training,"

I glanced back at him, "No attachments, I understand Obi. No attachment- I promise," I called over my shoulder brushing him off. Now I see even at that age I was already breaking the Code for him. I shrugged him off, but now I know I shouldn't have. My naive self never thought much of my relationship with my new friend, other than I enjoyed his presence. I ran halfway down the ramp to greet them. I lifted my hand to shield my vision from the suns. I smiled at the two arriving then something caught my eye. My smile dropped at the sight of the dark presence speeding towards them.

"Master!" I called pointing behind him at the dark figure. I could sense the darknes and anger radiating from the hooded entity.

Master turned and saw him too, "Anakin, drop!" he commanded and he complied just as the creature raced over him. I gasped as the person sprung from his speeder and revealed a red lightsaber. I felt fear consume my entire body recognizing the weapon of a Sith. Master Qui Gon unsheathed his saber and green and red collided, "Anakin, Luana, tell them to take off!"

I waited for Anakin to get aboard before I dashed into the cockpit telling them to take off. Padmé, the Naboo Captain, and Obi Wan rushed into the cockpit as well.

"Over there," Obi Wan pointed to the two duelists, "fly low."

I felt my fingers tightly grip the seat in front of me as the craft lurched upwards from takeoff. I felt Anakin grab my shoulder for balance, but my eyes were locked on the fight infront of me. The Sith used absolute strength with every strike while Qui Gon could only defend himself. They both displayed their acrobatic strengths when trying to outsmart their opponet. If this were just two Jedi showing how a duel looks I would have been amazed, but instead I feared  the dark figure. I flew over them and Master Qui Gon jumped onto the still open ramp. Obi Wan and I turned and ran to the entrance of the ship with Anakin at our heels. Master was on the ground trying to regain his breath, and he seemed unharmed. I felt any anxiety I had drain from my body as the distance between us and evil grew.

"Are you alright?" I asked as we all kneeled down at Master's side, Anakin in the middle and Obi Wan and I on the ends.

"I think so," answered the sweaty man.

"What was it?" Obi asked

"I'm not sure," Master paused, still trying to regain his breath, "but he was well trained in the Jedi arts. My guess is he was after the Queen."

"What are we going to do?" Anakin asked. Obi Wan looked at him and gave him a 'who are you' look. I smirked and kept down a chuckle at Obi's confusion.

"We will be patient and let the Force guide us," Master Qui Gon then noticed Obi's confusion, "Anakin Skywalker, meet Obi Wan Kenobi," Obi Wan stuck out his hand to shake and Anakin shook his hand gleefully.

"You're a Jedi too? Pleased to meet you," Anakin said kindly, but I could tell Obi Wan sensed his strength and looked at Qui Gon and I.

We were currently in light speed and almost everyone was drifting off to sleep. Anakin and I were sitting against the wall in the main area. I had my knees to my chest as I was describing the Jedi Temple to him. I was happy that my friend was coming with me, but I knew I was becoming attached to him. Despite my strong desire to become a great Jedi, I still wanted to be close with Anakin. His presence made me feel strong and secure in a way. I knew it was not in a protective way, but a strength with the Force.
