"Good morning!"
I heard Josenia's voice call as my eyes fluttered open. I didn't even remember falling asleep last night after the Elders left.
"Rise and shine Eva, you're good to go with your scars, you're completely healed." She continued.
I sat up and pulled the blanket off of me and looked down at my body. I smiled as I saw the clear skin, she had completely gotten rid of the wound and scar.
"Thank you so much Josenia," I looked up at her.
She was standing at the foot of my bed.
"Of course darling, it's my job to heal people."
"And you're amazing at it."
"Almost, still working on Darien's scar, you know, the one you saw on his chest." She gave me a cheeky smile.
It took me a minute to realize what she was talking about, when I was unconscious.
"How did you know I was there when I was unconscious?" I asked.
"I am very intuitive, I've been around a long time and I know a lot. Especially about healing the process's people may go through." She walked to the table and began sorting things with her back to me.
"But you also knew where I was standing, even when you couldn't see me,"
"I felt your presence, at first I thought you could only hear us from the bed, I didn't realize you were walking around."
"Wow, that's amazing... So then, why did Darien feel me?"
She turned around and gave me another sly smile, "That's not for me to answer. But nevermind that, why did you choose to stay."
"I'm sorry?"
"Here, you chose to stay here when you went into the trance. You could've gone anywhere, even back home. You would've woken up here but you would've been able to see your family."
"I don't think I knew that,"
"You did, your subconcious at least did, but it wanted to stay here. It wanted to be in this room doing whatever you were doing rather than leave. That's quite interesteing."
"I-I-"
She walked over to me, "Don't think about it too much honey. For now, you must get dressed, Aria came by and dropped off some clothes. They are waiting for you at Cassandra's house."
"Okay, thanks."
"I'll leave you now to get dressed, good bye."
"Bye Josenia."
She left the room, I put on my clothes and made my way to Cassandra's house.
"Hey Eva!" I saw Georgie as I walked up to Cassandra's house.
"Hey buddy, what's up?" I greeted him.
"Just leaving Cassie's house, I went to say hi to the girls." Georgie replied.
"You came here by yourself?" I asked.
"No, I came with my sister," he smiled and ran off.
With his sister? Then where is she?
I walked up to Cassandra's door, unlocked it and went inside.
