Chapter 17|The Unavoidable

Eventually we were standing right in front of the door to the history museum thing. It was mainly quarts but it looked as though it was really brick, just painted to look like quarts. Weird.

"So, first we need a map of the museum. Then we can split up or go looking around together." StarStruck said.

"I think we should go around together, plus there's this cinema thing." Toothless suggested. We all agreed and walked right in. Of course I tried to turn around and walk straight out the door but StarStruck caught me.

"Where do you think you're going?" She asked. I turned around and followed Hiccup and Toothless, StarStruck following right behind me.

Eventually we came to this big room that appeared to be a theater.

"Wow... I've never been to one of theses places before." StarStruck said in awe.

"Uhh... yeah, I know that." I said trying to be funny. She just looked at me and smiled while shaking her head at me. This made me giggle then eventually I burst out laughing, StarStruck doing the same.

"What's so funny?" Hiccup asked.

"Morgan is just being Morgan." StarStruck told him.

Eventually we were seated and were able to watch the film. It was about the hidden village and the royal family. It talked about how most people from the royal family got a second chance at life so they could see what it was like to be a commoner.

Soon enough they showed some pictures of a person that resembled me, Morgan, as if I was in a dress. This made me feel uncomfortable.

Eventually they were going to know my secret. They were going to know everything. Why I know so much about some dragons and why I know as much as I know. I was part of the royal family, which are dragons in their human forms, in my past life... I never wanted to tell anyone because they wouldn't believe me, even if I transformed right in front of them they still wouldn't believe me.

When we walked out of the theater and out the front door of the museum they stopped and looked at me.

"Morgan..." Hiccup said.

"Yes?" I said nervously, trying to avoid his eyes.

"You have some explaining to do." That's the last thing he said before walking off.

The next day Hiccup gathered all the dragon riders and told them what had happened the previous day. They all seemed shocked at first but then calmed down a bit.

"I-I was part of the royal family..." I told them.

"So, does that mean they kicked you out of the palace?" Tuffnut asked. I shook my head,"Cuz if they did, I wanna see why."

"No. What I'm trying to say is I was part of the royal family... in my past life..." When I said that last part they freaked out.

"So, is that why you know all the stuff you know?" Hiccup asked me.

"Yes... and that's also why I knew about this place." I told them. It actually feels good telling my "best" friends my secret, now they can help me stay away from they person who keeps following me. I thought.
