Y/N's POV

"Why are you avoiding me?"

I throw my bag unto my back. "What do you mean?" I blindly ask. "Don't play dumb, Y/N. You've been avoiding me both school and at home ever since I attended ECA. What's the big deal?" Dylan questions in annoyance.

It's a Wednesday today, 7:38 to be exact. Normally, I would've gotten outside and walk to school and bump into a few friends and students but Dylan blocked the way before I could even open the door.

I frown at him. "You're smart so why don't you go figure? I'll be late for school if I don't go now so why don't you put your ass somewhere else and let me through?" I growl.

He raises a brow and crosses his arms. "Then, why don't you take the school bus then?"

"I don't want to." I say. It's been a routine for me to walk to school already. Dylan shakes his head, "You've always been so stubborn." He comments.

"And I'm going to keep it that way. Now, move!" I demand. "No can do. Not unless you tell me what's keeping you from taking the bus!" Ugh, he just won't budge! He's just as stubborn as I am.

"Why would you care?!" I slightly yell, pushing him aside. "Because it's accurately possible that I'm the reason behind it!" He yells, pulling me back to prevent me from getting out. "Tell me!"

"What the actual hell, Dylan?! Where's your chill?!" I scream, furious. "No! Where's your chill?! Just tell me the reason!" He snaps.

I spat him an irritated look. "You wanna know the reason? Fine! It's everyone on that bus! They're so annoying! I just can't take another second going in there especially that you're there because I'm pretty sure they'll be hyper than usual when they know you're my freaking brother! Geez, if drugs were legal!" I partly lie. It's actually because of him but I'm too stubborn to admit it.

From the looks of his face, I can tell that he wasn't buying it at all. Well, what do I expect? He's Mr. Smarty-Pants! Before I could even get the chance to get away, my mom went down.

"Hey, hey, hey! What's with all the yelling?" She puts her hands on her hips.

"Dylan's craz-"

"I'm crazy excited to drive!" He cuts me off before I could finish my statement. I look at him in question. "We're taking the car today." He announces.

I was about to protest when, "Wonderful! Mercedes could really use some strolling in the streets today." Mom cheers.

I face-palm. The Mercedes? I'm not showing off that car anywhere in school! People will go three times nuts! I'd rather take Vios for a ride.

"No thanks. We're taking Vios." Dylan declares. Wait, what?

Mom's face drops in disappointment. "Aww, but Mercedes-"

"Is too luxurious to be driven to school. I thought you told us to stay low?" Dylan points out. I guess, he's right. I agree, we should take Vios instead. I rub my arm. Mom nods, "Right. Off you go then!"

"Wait, I didn't agree to thi-" Dylan drags me to the garage and takes the car keys. He clicks open the car and gets my bag as he throws it inside. "Hey!" I lean inside to get my bag because I am so NOT going to school with him. To my misfortune, he pushes me inside. "Whooopss!" Then, closes the car.

Damn Dylan!

He went to the other side and goes inside as he closes the door and starts the engine. A few seconds after, he drives off. "Excited to go to school!" He sings the line over and over again. "Will you quit it?!" I bark.
