From One Wolf to Another

Chapter Nine

Megan's p.o.v

I woke up fresh and full of energy. Chloe, Cassie and me had been best friends for so long. I knew we would sort this out.

I jumped in the shower and then brushed my teeth. I decided to wear something floral as it was the start of summer.

I pulled out my favourite floral dress and my white ballet flats and got dressed. The dress was strapless and to stop my arms getting cold, i grabbed a black waterfall cardigan.

I ran down the stairs and saw my brother at the bottom with a lunch box. I skidded around him and made for the door but as i was almost out, Johnathan came up the driveway, and I, Megan the magnificent went straight into him.

"That desperate for a hug, hey?"

I could feel my face go pale. My brother didnt know i had a boyfriend. I heard him cough behind me. I stood up and turned around. I was so scared untill i saw him smirking.

"Who's this?"

Johnathan stood up and they did that bro-hug thing.

"Im Johnathan, Megan's boyfriend. And you are?"

"I'm Tyler, Megan's brother."

I stood awkwardly by the door.

"Can we go? I dont want to be late!"

They both ignored me. Tyler was telling Johnathan about me needing to eat and asked if he could take the box.

I did feel a bit sorry for Johnathan in the middle of this sibling war. We werw both glaring at him and then each other.

The idiot took the box and said goodbye to Tyler who had a victorious look on his face. I felt my inner wolf growl so i stormed outside and got into the passenger side of Johnathans car.

He came and sat next to me and said he wouldnt make me eat it. He kissed me on the side of the cheek before whispering,

"But can you take it as your brother is giving us both evils from the upstairs window."

I looked up and smiled at him. I then took the box and paused looking at his victory face. Then i threw the box onto the driveway. It split open and the contents came spilling out. I looked back up at him and saw he wasnt there.

Johnathan looked strangely at me then shrugged before turning the engine on.

The front door opened, and my brother walked towards the car with a face like thunder. He started screaming at me but we had already started to drive.

Johnathan put his foot down and we raced along the roads. i kissed him on the cheek as we raced along. When we pulled into school, everyone stopped amd stared. I felt myself flush and knew my cheeks were surely red. I looked around to find Chloe and Cassie, and to no ones surprise the they were standing together by the main doors.
