The day Sloan made everything better, When Sloan was ready, we hoped into the jeep and made our way back to the territory, my head against the window as I watched through the glass the whole ride. After talking to my sister, I was left with so many mixed emotions that I slept them out.

Days after, the pack members who healed came to the pack and Sloan and I were there to receive them. I was partly excited because my sister was coming but on the other side, I was still hurt. I don't have any doubts that if my sister didn't found her mate, my uncle would have killed her.

I just hoped that he wouldn't be making any appearance any time soon. I didn't want him here, I don't know if I can control myself if I see him here and with my sister being around me, things got a bit complicated.

She keeps refusing to call me Catalina, not agreeing with my decision of lying to everyone about my identity and that I was still alive. As much as I love my sister, she was getting on my last nerves. I was counting the days for her to pack her things up and leave, I was in a brink of having a meltdown and I didn't want Sloan to find out like that.

"Love, there's a ball tomorrow night in honor of Alpha Adrian." I felt lightheaded at that, my chest heaved up and down as I sunk down in the chair in front of Sloan's desk. "Catalina, are you okay?" Sloan spoke worried as he hovered over the desk, touching my hand at that. My vision, my vision will come true, I turned to look at Sloan. "Do we have to go?" I asked him with a groan, pouting slightly as I rubbed my stomach.

"Yes we do." He looked at me with a frown, leaning back down in his chair. "Every Alpha and their Luna are attending, we can not skip it." I gave him a side smile, "Changing topic, I can't wait to find out the sex of the baby." I smiled at that excited, forgetting about the ball in honor of my uncle, I mean Alpha Adrian. We were finally going to find out the sex of the baby.

"I will finish sending the reservation and we'll leave." I nodded my head, standing up as I rubbed my stomach. "I'm so hungry." Sloan gave me a look, "You just ate three hamburgers." I gaped at that, how dare he! "It was like hours ago." I exalted as I glared at him, "More like fifteen minutes ago."

I pinned my lips in a sad frown, my lips trembling as tears filled my eyes. "You're such a meany." I burst out into tears, "I'll eat half sandwich now, if I die it's your fault." I stomped my way out of his office and made my way toward the kitchen. I found Dinah in the kitchen and asked her to make me a sandwich, "Oh no, make it two. I need one for the road." Dinah happily complied as she made me the sandwiches, making disgusting looks when I asked her to add a bunch of weird things in the sandwiches.

"Thanks Dinah." I grabbed one of my foot long sandwiches and took a bite, humming to myself as I chewed slowly, breathing down as I took another bite. "Ready to go." Sloan asked as he made his way into the kitchen and I nodded my head, seeing that my mouth was full of food.

I hoped off the stool, Sloan almost heaving a heart attack. Dramatic, "No! My other sandwich." I ran back toward it and grabbed it from the plate, "You haven't even finished that one." I threw him a mean look, my shoulders shaking as I bursted into tears, "It's one for the road idiot." I stomped away from him but had to wait for him because my hands were full.

He made his way toward the front door and opened it, letting me go out first before getting out of the house. He helped me get in the car and got in himself, driving himself toward the pack doctor's office as I finished eating my sandwich, going for the other immediately.

I hummed happily beneath my breath as I chewed with a dance. Sloan parked the car in front of the pack doctor's office. We got out of the car and made our way inside. We were soon greeted by the pack doctor and was sent to his office.
