The contract

The day I made an agreement I held a crying Sabel closer to me as my uncle gave us a smile, "What the hell are you doing here?" Sloan barked out at my uncle who wasn't bothered at all, he looked amuse. "I just came to see my nephew." He strolled in and sat down in front of Sloan's desk, "Not comfortable like my office chairs but this will do." He leaned back, crossing his legs.

"What do you want?" I gritted out at him as Sable started to make a fuss and I bounced him in my arms while shushing him, "Hmm, my nephew reminds me so much of my brother. Who rests in peace, God knows where."

"Wash your mouth with soap before you speak badly about my father you bastard! You killed him to stay with his throne, his legacy, you have it all. I'm dead, you killed Anastasia, now I'm Catalina, I don't need any of what you now call yours, what more do you want? You won, leave me alone with my mate and son."

He sat up straight at that, "How do I know that you won't wake up one day and think, I want my throne back?" He interlaced his fingers as he stared at me, "I will give you my word, I'll quit the throne, I'll quit the legacy my father left me, you can even being me a contract, I will sign it if that's what it takes for you to leave me, us, alone. That includes my sister."

He looked thoughtfully for a second before clapping his hands together as he stood up, fixing his suit, "Okay, I like that. But, you have to promise me not to ever reveal your real name, this will have to stay between your mate, you and I." He had to put a but and bring his own rules into the deal, "If not, the deal is broken."

"My son has a royal birthmark, I have a royal birthmark. It's off the deal, sooner or later, they will find out about me being Anastasia. The deal is that I will never claim the throne as mine, you can stay with everything, I can even sign the papers to leave you with everything, I won't ever mention a word about what you did to me, I am willing to quite personally if they find out about my true identity. You will never be prejudiced. I promise you that, you have my word."

I kissed Sable's forehead as I leaned his head in the crook of my stomach, "You'll hear of me soon." Adrian spoke firmly with a nod before he turned around and made his way toward the door, getting out. I sighed deeply, Sloan pulling me into a hug as he kissed my temple. "Everything will be Okay."

"I just hope that he never bother us again." Sloan ran his hands down my arms comfortingly, "Let's go out for a while." I smiled at him as I kissed his lips, "Come with daddy." Sloan took him over and wiggled him in the air, his gums gleaming with drool as he grinned widely. "He is so sweet."

I touched his cheek with a smile on my face, "Yes he is, just like his daddy." I scoffed with a roll of an eye, "Yeah right. I'll let you think that." I moved away from them as I made my way out of his office, "Luna, I made your special dish." I hummed out, my stomach rumbling at that, "I'll be right there." She nodded her head and I walked out of Sloan's office.

I headed toward the nursery room and placed Sabel in his crib, he crawled around and turned his body so he could sit down and held the slats with a pouty look, "Mommy will be right back." I leaned in to touch his face and kissed ontop of his head. He extended his arms and busted out into tears. "Baby, mommy needs to pee, I can't take you with me."

I jumped quickly toward the bathroom and did my business real quick, flushing the toilet. I washed my hands and took a look in the mirror, taking myself in. I'm glowing today, my eyes had this pregnancy glint like I had with Sabel but this time stronger.

"He has really heavy lungs." Sloan spoke with Sabel in one arm, his butt resting on his arm as he stared at me with the 'mommy left me alone look.' "He is a very naughty, I know that sad look, don't make mommy feel bad, I just needed to pee." I flicked his nose, a drool smile made its way onto his face as he extended his arms to go towards me.
