The day things were a lot better, After what happened to me, Sloan has been really caring and actually take care of me. The doctor didn't find anything in the test he made before  that was alarming but he said he would make another test to make sure. But yet Sloan kept watching out for me these past few weeks.

As for what happened, he didn't touched the topic nor even say a word about it and I was more than just relieved.

I sat down on the table, the maids placing the food on the table. At the sight of food, my head spun, I blinked my eyes repeatedly, stretching them out before closing them back - popping them back wide open as I slept my hand over my mouth, pushing back my chair, "Catalina?"

I pushed past the maids as I made my way toward my room, barging in as I headed toward the bathroom, throwing up in the toilet. What the hell is this? "Catalina?" I flushed the toilet as I stood up, making my way toward the sink as I opened the tap and washed my face, "Are you okay?" He touched my arm and I nodded my head, brushing my teeth.

"You look pale." I washed my mouth and closed the tap, drying my hands and mouth, "I'm fine, let's go back to the dining room." I gave him a short smile as we made our way to the dining room.

We ate together and when we were finished, Sloan headed to his office to do pack works and I wanted to take a swim. So I headed to my room to put my bikini on and threw a towel on my shoulder.

I made my way down the hall and stopped, moving toward the slightly open door, "The ball is over a month, are you ready to introduce your mate? You haven't even mark her yet

I made my way down the hall and stopped, moving toward the slightly open door, "The ball is over a month, are you ready to introduce your mate? You haven't even mark her yet."

"Saint, thanks for being so caring and so, so there, in my love life." Sloan spoke with a raised eyebrow as he leaned down in his seat, interlacing his hands. "If I need love advice I'll let you know."

I smiled shortly at that, "I don't know what I'll do." He sighed, standing up from his chair and I moved away, "I need to know who she is first."

"Who she is?" Saint asked confused and I gaped before pinning my lips together, did he knew who I was? "She says she's not a rogue, I tried to look for a clue who she is but nothing."

"Do you really believe that? She's playing you brother, why can't you see that." I didn't stay anymore, I didn't want to hear what he had to say. I went to the pool and took a chair, sitting down as I leaned in the seat.

I closed my eyes, my head moving side to side as I stretched my stiff limbs. I tapped my foot around as I hummed, slipping my earpieces in my ears as I put a song on my phone, yes phone, Sloan bought me a phone a few days back.

After what happened things were a bit awkward between us, maybe I exaggerated with that vision, it didn't even happened and maybe it won't, I shouldn't have reacted that way but I was scared, I was starting to catch feelings for him and I really wanted us to work.

I sighed, humming the lyrics beneath my breath as I tapped my foot and moved my head side so side, my eyes bulging when someone kissed my lips.

I touched Sloan's shoulders, my hands moving behind his neck as I kissed him back. I sat up, Sloan's hands touching my back. "Sloan..." I pulled away from him as I glanced up at his eyes. "Sorry, I saw you lying there and I couldn't resist."
