"Hey dawn, are you okay" Demetrius ask while stopping dawn before she got completely on the court. "Yeah, I'm fine just a minor setback" dawn says. "I'm glad to hear that. Well you look good, hopefully you could you could play as good as you look" Demetrius said admiring dawn and hopping she doesn't take offense of what he said.
Dawn laughs and he just realized she had dimples. " trust me, I play 10x better than I look. "Dawn said smiling and putting her head down. "Hey pick your head up, now that we're friends I don't want you putting your head down when I compliment you, okay?" Demetrius said making dawn blush. "Hey D baby, we're going to a party after the game is over babe" Izzy yells from the bleachers with her " friends". "Your girlfriend is demanding" I say walking with Demetrius onto the court.
"That's not my girlfriend, she just thinks just because she's the most popular girl and I'm the most popular boy in school, that we belong together" Demetrius said before stopping again. "I just tolerate her because I work at her dads clothing store in the mall which he also owns" Demetrius said hand me a ball that was beside the goal. "Dang her dad must be a big deal" I say while stretching. "You have no idea" Demetrius said before Angelo comes over.
"Look at you looking like a walking Hershey bar"said hugging me. "Thank you and your.. sweaty" I said laughing and wiping my face. "You got jokes, D you ready to play" Angelo ask Demetrius. "Uhh... yeah but dawn is on my team" Demetrius said while putting his arm around me. "Nah man, she's on my team" Angelo says while pulling me close to him. Angelo and Demetrius were tugging at me as if I was a rag doll.
