Callie's Point of View
It has been a couple weeks since the shooting and Brandon is off bed rest and is pretty mush healed. Since the night that we talked when he first got back, I have been developing strong feelings towards Brandon but I don't know what to do with them! I can't date Brandon while living in his house! I don't know what to do.
I did meet this guy, Wyatt, at school and we talk. I know Wyatt likes me by the way he talks to me but on my side the feelings aren't there. But I am just getting closer to him so I dint think about Brandon. I feel bad because I have been not spending much time with B and have been almost ignoring him, but he does have a girlfriend now. This red-headed bitch that I know is out for me! But he seems happy so I let it be.
Right now I am in the backyard playing the guitar that Brandon gave me when I came here. I am strumming the chords I remember from my mom teaching me when I hear footsteps. I turn and see Brandon walking towards me.
"Hey." I say softly.
"Hey." he replies while sitting down next to me. "You are getting good!" he says with a cute smile.
"Thanks." I strum a couple more chords.
"Did I di something?" he finally asks.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that you have been ignoring me for a week straight and been spending more time with that Wyatt guy."
"Well you have been spending time with your girlfriend so its even."
"Doesn't mean we can't talk to each other and hang out."
"I know." I say looking down. Before he can say anything else Lena walks out.
"Hey Callie, can you come inside and talk for a minute? B you too." she asks.
"Yeah." I set the guitar down look at Brandon and he gives me a look like 'not over' and I walk inside. Brandon follows behind us. "What's up?" I ask when we get inside.
"There is someone here to see you." we walk into the living room and I see the two people I thought I would never see again.
