Look in my eyes, what do you see?

I was FINALLY allowed to go home.  The doctors wanted to keep me a bit longer because of the survival risk.

“What are we going to do? Live with your father forever?” I asked on the way home.

“No, but he can help us the first few months, than we can find a house nearby,” Blade shrugged.

“Wait! Is that house next door to ours still for sale!?”

“I think so! We can check once we get the kids settled,”

I was excited.  Andy had all of BVB help him decorate a room just for Kyle and Legacy.  Even if we moved out, they would keep it like that for when the kids wanted to sleep over.

We drove through the neighborhood and stopped at the house right next to ours.  Right in the front yard was a white sign that clearly read, “For Sale!”

Blade and I got the kids and their carriers out of the car and Andy came out to grab the bags.  He led us to one of the downstairs bedrooms.  The door was half dark purple, half black.  In huge silver letters it said “Legacy Hope & Kyle Dream”, using a mixture of all of the bands’ fonts.  Andy opened the door to reveal two black cribs, one against a purple wall and the other against a black wall.  The other walls were charcoal grey.  On the purple wall was, “The legacy, Born from a dream, Long leather wings, Rose from the streets, with the hands on destiny,” written in silver along with the BVB ‘On Leather Wings’ logo.  The other wall had, “Racing faster, Escape disaster, Partners in crime will leave their mark, We make our own way, No thoughts of yesterday, Black hearts of chrome and battle scars,” written in silver with the BVB Pentacharm logo.  On the grey walls were the PTV, MIW, OM&M, and UO logos.

“I love it,” I whispered as I walked Legacy to her bed, which was against the purple wall.  Blade put Kyle in the crib on the black wall.

“Dad, can you keep an eye on them for a few minutes while Blake and I go check out the house next door?” Blade asked.  Andy nodded as he sat down in the black rocking chair.  Blade grabbed my hand as we walked outside and over to the sign.  I sat on the curb while Blade made some calls, and soon enough a woman in her late thirties with shoulder length blonde hair came out of her car and over to us.

“Hi! I’m Cassie, and I will be showing this house today.  Are you Blade and Blake?” she asked as she stuck a hand out.

“Yes, I’m Blade Biersack and this is my fiancée, Blake Smith,” I shook the woman’s hand and Blade did the same.

“So, what do you need a new house for?”

“Well, we actually live with his father at the moment, right next door.  We just had twins and are getting married soon and figured we needed our own space,” I explained.  Cassie nodded and led us to the front porch.

“What are your twins’ names?”

“Kyle Dream and Legacy Hope,” Blade said as we walked into the living room.

“Those are lovely.  Ready for the tour?”  Blade and I nodded.

Cassie showed us the kitchen, formal dining, den, living room, all seven bedrooms, and all seven and a half bathrooms. There were two bedrooms downstairs, each with its own bath.  The half-bath was right in-between the kitchen and the den.

“I love it,” I exclaimed after we saw the backyard.  There was an already-fenced pool and a nice deck.

“Ditto,” Blade replied.

“Alright, well.  You two can put an offer down and we can see if the bank accepts it.  If they do, the house is yours,” Cassie explained all of the information we needed to know, and after much discussion, we put an offer down.  Between my savings from my pat-time job as a waitress in high school and Blade’s from doing acoustic gigs and working at Hot Topic, we had just enough to put down a reasonable offer.
