"Mom!!" I shout as i see her coming out of the baggage claim with Logan trailing behind her.

"Hi honey!!" She squeals picking me up.

I was really close with my mom. Though i give her attitude and it seems like i hate her, we're really close. She knows when something is wrong with me, and by the look she gives me when i plaster my sadness over with a fake smile, I know she knows that i'm upset.

"Oh gosh, did something happen while i was gone??"

I instantly break down. Everything that's happened since my mom left hits me like a tidal wave. My mom pulls me into a hug and walks us over to where we're seated on a nearby bench.

Logan silently excuses himself and takes the bags and most likely goes to the car.

"what happened baby" My mom soothes wiping my tear stained cheeks

"Noah hates me, Josh hates me, Kason is disappointed in me, Cassidy and Hayden are upset. I turned all my friends against me" I sob into her arm

"Oh honey, Lets go home and have some girl time to get your mind off it ok?" My mom smiles pulling my head off her shoulder

I nod my head and smile lightly happy to have my mom back

"I love you sweetie" She smiles looking at me

"I love you too momma"

After sitting with my mom on the couch and talking with her for hours, I was starting to feel better. I missed my mom for sure.

"So, are you and Logan a thing" I ask my mom wiggling my eyebrows at her

This is what was best about me and my moms relationship. We were more than just a mother daughter relationship. She was my best friend and with it being just us most of the time we told eachother everything

"We're getting there" She smiles standing up, "Im getting hungry. Pizza pockets?"

"Sure" I smile

Suddenly i feel my phone vibrate in my pocket and i pull it out to reveal a text from an unknown number

Unknown- hey babygirl. Wanna sneak out tonight and have some fun with me?

Me- no thanks creep

Unknown-creep? Seriously Atticus? That hurts

Me- how do you know my name??

Unknown- Im in your little daddies gang. Or we're both in the same gang i guess you could say

Me- huh?

Unknown- It's River

Me- ugh

Unknown- I'm not inviting you out to have sex, jesus. Me and some of the other guys from the gang are going to this rival gang bar tonight to drink and shit

Me- why the rival gang bar?

Unknown- cause it's the only bar our parents can't catch us

Me- I have a better idea

Unknown- ight. See you at 10:30 behind the gang house k?

Me- alright
