Levy's POV

"We were able to protect the remaining tents in our base, but we failed to protect the building" Nanatili kong tinignan ang taong kasamahan ni Drake. We didn't listened to Samu, I decided to go check the base of the Zeta before we'll leave the place "the nearby ally came to help us but they were a bit too late so, many were killed"

I saw Drake's fist clenched, of course he's angry and who wouldn't? He was not here when the Zeta needed him, dahan dahan kong nilibot ang tingin ko sa buong paligid.

The enemy didn't even left enough cabins for the Zeta, they surely targeted the buildings and cabins before doing the attack. I couldn't find something around the place that is related to the attackers "you're really not listening Levy"

I was caught off guard when Samu grabbed my wrist and from then a helicopter approached above us "a war is coming Levy, and we have to prepare" nabaling ang atensyon ni Drake at iba bang Zeta saamin

"Don't worry, no matter what will happen. Tutupad kami sa usapan" seryosong saad ni Drake, Alonzo gave her cousin a tight hug bago tuluyang sumakay sa nakalapag nang helicopter. Nakita kong sumaludo ang team Alpha saamin na binalik naman namin ng isang kaway

Naging mabilis ang naging byahe namin kahit papano, I didn't even bother to say anything and just immediately walked inside the mansion to go to my room. Agad naman akong nagtaka nang makita ko ang isang imbitasyon sa kama ko "what's this?"

It's an elegant invitation card, it was full of sparkly swirls and expensive beads. I opened it slowly like I was afraid to ruin the elegancy of the card

You are cordially invited to attend the auction for rare and unique jewelries this evening September 13,20**. We assure you that you will not leave the occasion empty minded, the time and place is attached below. See you!

Sunod kong binuksan ang malaking box na nasa tabi nito, and when I opened it. An elegant long and i presume a fitted black dress welcomed me as I opened it "you can thank me later after the party" my head turned back to see Samu

"What can I get here? I don't really give a damn about jewelries"

I saw her smirked then bid a small wave "trust me, you'll have fun on this one. Consider this as a payback to T" natuon ulit ang atensyon ko sa elegante ngunit sexy gown na nasa loob pa rin ng box "this jewelries should pay off this damn"

I took a nice and quick shower, I was about to put on my gown when a soft knock was made outside my door's room "I brought someone to help you to fab up" and I saw Mandy waving her hand at me with a 'maleta' on her hand

"You got a lot of fabing kit Mandy" i said then took a sit in front of my mirror, i heard her let out a soft chuckle before placing her make up kits in front of me "shall we start?"

I nodded and before I knew it, she was already done fixing my face err– putting make up on my face rather. Fixing is not an appropriate word for my angelic face "myghad! Hindi ko alam kung saan kayo pinaglihing magpipinsan!"

Mandy said dramatically while touching her heart like she was touched by a scenery she's seeing right now "you look hot  dear, now go and take some bling in the auction"

I bid her my thank you bago kami tuluyang lumabas ng kwarto, the eyes of Samu and others were on me as I am walking down the stairs "wish me luck"

the elegancy of the place like palace welcomed me as I took a step inside the auction place, as my gaze roamed around the place. I can see that almost of the crowd is women, you can count the number of men, present in today's event.

"Excuse me ma'am can I check your invitation?"

Agad kong inabot sakanya ang imbitasyong binigay saakin ni Samu "welcome to the auction" magalang nitong saad, tipid na tango lang ang binigay ko tyaka kumuha ng wine sa isang waiter na dumaan sa harap ko and I was enjoying my dear wine not until a woman in emerald color gown approached me "so you're the girl that Tame's referring to?"

Tinignan ako nito mula ulo hanggang paa, diretso lang ang tingin ko dito at tinignan siya na para bang hindi ako interesado sa pinagsasabi niya "Magiging sinungaling ako kapag sinabi kong pangit ka"

"So you're saying that I'm gorgeous? Thank you"

Peke siyang tumawa at tinignan pa ako na para bang nasisiraan na ako ng bait "sinabi ko bang maganda ka?" Ako naman ang napatawa sa saad nito "kakasabi mo lang"

Nangaasar ko na saad "I can't believe this! Ikaw ang kinababaliwan ni Roy?!" Tinaasan ko siya ng kilau at tinungga ang natitirang wine sa baso ko "why you?!"

Inabot ko sa waiter na dumaan ang basong wala ng laman "are you done already?" Nagulat ito sa naging sagot kong tanong "pardon?" Maarte nitong tanong, i took a step front

"Ang sabi ko, tapos ka na bang magsalita?"

Napapahiya itong tumawa "are you insulting me?" I tilt my head a little before crossing both of my arms "do you feel like I am insulting you?"

"Ahhhhh yes?!"

"I am insulting you then" tinignan ko siya mula ulo hanggang paa "why me? Simply because you're not me, Tame is not me, and you two will never be me. At ano nga ba ang meron ako na wala kayo? La–hat, mukha pa lang hanggang paa. Malayong malayo na"

"I pity you, sigurado akong you're having a hard time impressing the man that you love"

Nagsimula akong maglakad papalayo sakanya nang may marinig akong pagkabasag "Mundane! Die!" Agad akong humarap at pinigilan ang kamay niyang nakahawak ng basag na bote ng wine "pathetic"

I murmured before slapping her face hard and tightened my grip from her wrist causing the broken glass fell, she raised her free hand and did slap me back. I was too late to dodge her attack, nalipat sa kanan kong direksyon ang mukha ko "your gonna die"

Malademonyo kong saad nang muli akong napaharap sakanya "did I and Tame forgot to tell you something?" i stared at her deeply before took some steps towards her direction "mukha ko lang ang mala anghel, at ang ugali ko lalo na pag galit ay parang demonyo" then i let out a small smirk and a wink
