"What do you mean, only a little?" Merlin's shoulders sagged when he heard the voice. He turned to see his master, the one and only Arthur on the way out of the balcony.

I bowed respectfully. "Your Highness."

"Only a little?" Arthur repeated.

I quirked my brows, "Uhm.." I muttered.

"She had just recovered from her minor concussion." Merlin replied.
Arthur took one glance at me, "Really? I came to see if she remembered any of her skills for fighting." He smirked, "Follow me, Aurora." He gestured.

I followed Arthur until we arrived at a jousting pitch. There is a target set up and a quiver of arrows and bow waiting for me. Arthur handed me a bow and one arrow, and gestured for me to release one.

"Why are we doing this?" I asked him, as I nocked the arrow before releasing it. I frowned when he ignored me and called a person named 'Leon'.

Arthur started to bark out orders and I was surprised when Arthur had asked for the random knight to stand as the target and told me to shoot.

"Why?" I asked.

"Are you questioning my orders?" Arthur smirked.

"No," I replied. "But why shoot an innocent man?"

"Why? I'm testing you, Aurora. Whether you care for him as he cared for you."

I scowled, and threw the bow on the ground, "I don't do games, Arthur Pendragon. This isn't a way at all to remind me of who I really am. I'm going back."

"To where? Annis? She doesn't welcome you anymore!" Arthur called.

I looked at him with fiery eyes, "Don't think you know all about me, Pendragon!" I snapped.

"I don't," Arthur agreed, "But Leon does." He gestured towards the man coming towards the both of us. "Sir Leon," he began as he eyed me, "Tell us what Aurora likes to do."

I glanced at Leon, waiting for his answer. I may look haughty, but I am trying to prove Arthur wrong. I don't want to be helped. I like the way i am.

"She likes riding horses, sparring, jousting, macing." Leon told me.
Yes, I like to do those sports. I know it will take more than that to persuade me that I am the Captain Aurora of Camelot.

"Tell her who she is," Arthur told him.

Leon mumbled something under his breath that no one can hear, but he said, "She is the Captain of the Royal Guard. My-"

I raised a finger, "That's it. I don't want to hear anymore." And I ran off out of the jousting pitch, and back into my chambers, trying to calm myself down.

-

"Should I tell her?" Leon asked the King.

"It's probably best if we don't tell her...yet. She is in shock, and a little dazed right now. We are going to make it worse if we talk it out. Maybe we should give her space - to open up." Arthur said.

Leon nodded, "I'll tell the other knights."

-

It has been exactly five days since my first stay in Camelot. After tomorrow, it would be the end of my first month staying in Camelot.

I was glad no one talked to me about my past. With Annis, or about the blow in my head. I started to remember more often, and visit the places Merlin showed me.

Right now, I am feeding Javelin, and brushing her mane and tail, helping the stablesmen. I tried to make myself useful in the palace too, like baking, washing, and mopping.

I also befriended Gwen again, and I tried to open myself up ; showing up to one of Arthur's feast. There is going to be a ball tonight, and Arthur expects everyone to come.

I rounded a corner to go to Gauis's chambers. He wanted to give me a remedy to help calm my head down somehow and help with my memories.

"Here's your sip, Captain," Gauis told me, handing me a vial containing purple liquid. I glanced at the vial uncertainly, it is my first time testing out his finest inventions, but hey, you can be suspicious too.

"Are you sure it's going to work?" I asked him, accepting the vial, and opening the lid.
"Positive," Gauis answered.

As I tilted the vial upwards into my lips to drink,

"Do you know that you are married to Sir Leon?" Gauis asked.
