Y/N P.O.V.

I struggled under Zenny's grasp on me. That girl was strong!

"Tell me! Do you like Tom Holland?!" Zenny yelled at me.

Mentally, I was shouting back, Why do I have too? Why do you care anyways? And no, I don't even know the dude!

Aloud, I simply answered, "No, I haven't even seen the boy in real life. Now stop going down my throat."

I pushed her off and walked away. I found a room, shut myself in it, and decided to never come back out. I like shipping people but it's weird when you're the one being shipped. And to someone you don't even know, at that. Ah, I hate attention!

"Y/n!" I heard a voice on the other side of the door. No.

"Go away," I said, hugging my knees

"I can't; it's my house," another voice popped out.

"You can't force love!" I said, holding my knees even tighter.

"We get that. So can you come out and have this sleepover with us?" This voice I could recognize as Zenny's.

I slowly opened the door, looking at Zendaya and Veronica outside the door. They are really good friends, anyways. I feel bad for yelling at them. I know that they didn't mean any harm. To lighten the mood, I ran to Veronica's couch and jumped on it.

"So can I claim this one now?" I asked, giggling.

"Nooooo!" Veronica said, running towards the couch and jumped on top of me.

I let out a strangled shout and pushed her off, laughing hysterically. Then I rolled off onto the floor, rolling my eyes and sticking out my tongue at Veronica.

"Hey, wanna do something? Maybe dance like fools and record ourselves?" Zenny said.

I nodded. Why not? I need something to pull my mind away from the shipping.

"Yeah!" Veronica got up and did a dance pose out of the blue.

It was better than I expected, so I clapped for her.

"You win, you win! Your posing was so moving, I could feel it in my soul," I told her, still clapping like an idiot.

Zendaya was too quiet. I looked over at her and found her on her phone.

"Whatcha doing?" I said, popping up in front of her. She jumped and nearly hit my face, but before she could hit me I sunk back down. "Did I really scare you?"

"OF COURSE! How would you feel if you looked up and found a face three inches from you?" Zendaya yelled.

I was laughing my butt off, which didn't seem to amuse her in the least.

"So, what are you doing?" Veronica giggled and sat by Zenny. Zenny smirked and started playing the song I Won't Say I'm In Love.

"Really...?" I looked at her with a death glare.

She laughed evilly in response. "Are we going to dance or not?"

"Yeah, yeah one second." Veronica got up and ran off somewhere.

I looked at Zendaya curiously but she just shrugged. "Who knows?"

A couple of minutes late, Veronica came back with a speaker and pairs high heels. Immediately, I feared the worst. I could barely walk in sneakers; there was no way dancing high heels would go well.

She looked at me with a big smile. "If you're going to become a superhero, you have to learn how to work some heels. All of the big-name superhero girls wear heels for their day jobs."

I shook my head about a million times.

"Oh, come on. You need this. Now, I'm going to start you in a inch heel," Veronica said, picking up a single pair out of the big pile of shoes. And so the night began, moving from heel to heel until I felt like I was on stilts.

Zendaya laughed at me when I finally got to a 5 inch heel. I looked to her with a pleading expression, hoping she understood my silent plea for help.

"You're doing fine. Now try running in them," Veronica said, strutting to a hallway and walking to the end.

Why, of course! And after that, I'll go break all my other bones. Why would I need those?

I started to take off the heels. "I think we're done here."

Veronica face went dim but she sighed and waved at me in dismissal. Then she walked back over to the couch and flopped down on it. She looked so dejected that I immediately felt horrible.

Ugh, don't be sad Veronica. I sighed before mustering up my courage and running towards her in the heels. I twirled around in them in front of her. A smile grew on her face as she clapped for me.

"I don't think my ankles would like me dancing anymore. Or standing, really." I sat down on the floor and took off the heels, breathing a sigh of relief when they were off.

Zendaya was on her phone, but I didn't want to be nosey again so I just player with my own phone as well. We fell into that place that most interactions have, where everything is an awkward silence while everyone is on their phones. Zendaya was on her snapchat, Veronica was sending "goodnight" pictures for her fans, while I was searching google for "how to tell if your ankle is going to fall off".

After a while, I grew bored and looked up. "Is anyone still alive?" I didn't get an answer, so I got up and found both of them asleep.

"Oh come on!" I puffed my cheeks and looked around. "I didn't get a chance to ask if I could get a blanket."

Still pouting about the blanker, I fell asleep feeling like Veronica's house was an arctic landscape. Just great.
