I woke up to the sound of silence, which was odd because I always sleep in if given the chance. Am I becoming an adult? If I'm the first person up I'm not letting this go—
Ding! I look at my phone and saw that Tom had texted me.

spidey-boy:
Hey are you up?
Kick'n it:
No XD
spidey-boy:
Great! Can I take you away for a moment?
Kick'n it:
Yeah, for what?
spidey-boy:
To get coffee with me, because I didn't get any sleep last night.
Kick'n it:
Alright I'll go with you, plus we can sleep because tomorrow is our flight. Oh jeez... I feel like a mom XD
spidey-boy:
A little bit hahaha, but it's okay. I agree with you. See ya soon.
Kick'n it:
Right now?
spidey-boy:
I'm already walking.
Kick'n it:
WAIT UP!

Y/N P.O.V.
I styled my hair how I always do and grabbed a large hoodie to cover my pj shorts before slipping on shoes. Running out of the door, I found Tom two blocks away and waiting for me. How sweet, he waited on me.
Jogging up to him, I realized that he had pulled on a hoodie over his costume.
"Haha, the hoodie is definitely hiding that," I said sarcastically. "Half of your custom is showing, Peter."
"I told you! I didn't sleep," he chuckled and rubbed his neck. "Plus, I just really wanted to wear it. But I'll stick with the first reason mostly."
"I would have worn my custom as well," I admitted, blushing when he kissed my forehead.
"You follow the rules, Kick'n it," he said, opening the door to Starbucks. I thanked him.
"Oh great, it's almost empty." I looked back at Tom with a smile.
"I want to order to see if he's going to ask about this." He gestured to his outfit and then face, looking like a kid in a candy store. "Oh yeah, what do you want?"
"Surprise me! And I'll pay." I grabbed money out of my pocket, but Tom put his hand on the money and slid it back into my pocket of my hoodie.
"I asked you here, so I should pay. Anyway, I really hope he ask me 'why?'" Tom went to the counter while I took a seat at one of the tables.
I couldn't hear the conversation over the sound of the drink machines, but it was too good of an opportunity to give up. So I took a picture of him.

I didn't post it, sending it to him instead. That way he would have the choice of posting it or not. He looks like a dork! I laughed to myself. But he's my dork.
Tom came back with the drinks, trying to keep a straight face. Before I could ask what happened, paparazzi came rushing up, cameras in hand and in use. And this would be why we don't leave set with our costumes still on. Tom looked at me, then them, then me, and then began to laugh.
"Sorry for ruining it so soon, but I had fun. We should do this more often," he said, apologizing for camera's sake, all of which were still clicking.
"Not your fault, but just how are we going to get out of here?" I asked, smiling.
"May sound weird, but out the front. However, we can't go to set right away." Tom his hands in his pockets.
"No, I get it. Go in the front because it shows that we have nothing to hide, then lose them so they don't stalk the set."
Tom nodded and went to the front door, looking back at me. I walked out next to him, and a wave of questions washed over the two of us.
"Y/n! Are you and Tom dating? And does Zendaya know?"
"Tom! Did you ask your co-worker on a date?"
"Y/n! Do you know that Tom has a girlfriend called Alessandra?"
The last one hit me hard. I knew it wasn't true but it still hurt, and I made an effort not to cry.
"We were only hanging out as friends, everyone! No drama needed," I told the nearest of the reporters and continued walking. We decided to walk opposite ways, after Tom warned me to be careful. After we went different ways, the reporters left fairly quickly. Less fun pictures when it's just a girl or a boy wandering around instead of walking side by side.
Now... where is set from here? I wandered around, but succeeded only in getting myself even more lost. Nice going Y/n... I looked around. I should know this place by now, but no. I don't like to be social. I tried re-tracing my steps, which got me farther than aimless wandering, but I didn't know where to go next.
I tried asking around but people just keep walking by like I was non-existent.
"Y/n! There you are!" I turned around and found Tom, still in his costume, running up to me.
"Thank you for coming to find me. I kinda forgot my phone at Starbucks, and—" I was interrupted as he pushed me against a wall and kissed me protectively. I was one hundred percent sure I was the definition of the color red. He pulled away, out of breath. I breathed heavily as I stood there, shocked. "People could have seen that."
"I just... You scared me when I got back to set and you weren't there. I didn't know you were so unfamiliar with the town." Tom looked at me so seriously as he caught his breath.
"S-sorry," I stuttered as he looked back at me, eyes intense.
Tom hugged me tightly. "It's fine. What matters now is that you're safe."
