Chapter Two

Angelica's POV

I opened my eyes and groaned as I felt a slight headache. I sat up from the comfortable bed and rubbed my forehead.

I looked around and saw that I was at an unfamiliar place.

Where am I? Did they get me?

"I see you're awake. And no, they didn't get you. You're in the Red Vampire Mansion. Home to the princes of the Vampire Community."

I turned toward the door of the room and saw an unfamiliar guy standing there.

Who is he?

"I apologize for my rudeness. My name is Hong Jisoo, but you can call me Joshua. What's your name?"

Did he just read my mind?

I saw him chuckling.

"Yes I did beautiful. That's one of my gifts. Now would you answer my question?"

I cleared my throat and opened my mouth to speak but it hurt since my throat was dry.

I felt a whoosh of air and now Joshua was right in front of me sitting on the bed, handing me a glass of water.

He's a vampire.

He smiled knowingly and I concluded that he read my thoughts again.

"Drink this, it'll help."

I lifted my hand and gently took the glass from him and tooke a large gulp. The cool water satisfied my throat and I placed the cup down.

"My name is Angelica."

I voiced out softly and I saw him smiling.

"Angelica~ Beautiful name for a beautiful girl."

I blushed and looked down.

Omg, why am I blushing for a stranger.

He chuckled and lightly shook his head.

"Come, my brothers want to meet to you."

He stood up from the bed and handed me his hand. I cautiously looked at his hand and back at his face.

Should I trust him?

"I won't hurt you beautiful. Trust me."

He shot me a killer smile and I slowly placed my hand on his.

In a second, he had pulled me up onto my feet and I gasped as he had his hands around my waist. I looked up at him with wide eyes while he was smirking at me.

"My brothers are crashing me in the mind link, so I'm just going to carry you and speed downstairs. I'm having a headache from them talking in my mind alright beautiful?"

I looked at him confusingly and opened my mouth to ask what he meant, before he lifted me up bridal style and used his vampire speed.

I tightened my grip on his shoulder and held tight since he was going so fast.

He stopped in a large room with a beautiful chandelier hung in the middle of the ceiling.

A grand piano was placed on the left most corner beside the full glass windows. In the middle of the room were long sofas arranged in a circle which could fit at least 20 people.

Joshua was standing in front of a single sofa and smiling down at me.

"I'm going to put you down now beautiful."

I nodded and he gently placed me on the single couch and speed walked onto the other couch and sat beside a smiling guy.

I looked around the couch and saw that there were 13 guys sitting there staring at me. I looked at them one by one and when I reached the other end of the couch, I saw the guy I bumped into.

"Y-you."

He send me his smile.

"I see you still remember me."

So he saved me and brought me here.

Someone cleared his throat and I turned to the person sitting right in front of me. He seemed to look intimidating and it wouldn't take a genius to know that he's in charge.

"So, Angelica. Want to explain how you ended up being saved by my brother?"

I stared at him not knowing what to say. How did he know my name?

"Don't worry beautiful. I told them through our mindlink."

I turned towards Joshua and nodded.

But they didn't even introduce themselves. How am I supposed to trust them with information?

I talked in my head, knowing that Joshua would read it.

"Hyung, maybe introduce yourself first before that."

Joshua talked to the person sitting in front of me.

"Fine then. My name is Choi Seungcheol. I'm the eldest among them and I'm next in line for the throne to the Vampire Community."

My eyes widened and I gaped at the person sitting right in front of me.

So if he's in line for the throne then, that means that he's the prince. So all of them are princes?

"Angelica, the 13 princes will help you. Find them, and ask for their help. Be safe darling, and if you're not sure who they are, just ask them a question. The color of your dad and I's precious gem. If they answered correctly, then it's them."

I remembered my mother's voice talking to me in my mind when I was running through the passageway.

"Beautiful, you've been quiet for 10 minutes now, and I can't seem to read your mind, are you alright?"

I turned towards Joshua and slowly nodded. He can't read what I just remembered.

"So, I'll continue the introduction. I'm Yoon Jeonghan." The guy who saved me said and smiled.

"You already know me beautiful." Joshua send me his jaw dropping smirk.

"I'm Wen Junhui, but call me Jun." The one who looked chinese said.

"Kwon Sooyoung, but call me Hoshi." He smiled and his eyes looked like it was 10:10.

"I'm Jeon Wonwoo." The guy smiled.

"Lee Jihoon-imida. But call me Woozi."

"I'm Lee Seokmin, but you can call me Dokyeom."

"Kim Mingyu." He winked at me while I blushed.

"Xu Minghao, but you can call me The8." Another chinese looking guy said cutely.

"De, Boo Seungkwan-imida."

"Yo, I'm Hansol Vernon Choi, call me Vernon."

"I'm the giant maknae Lee Chan. Call me dino."

When every one of them introduced themselves I introduced myself.

"I'm Angelica White and I have a question for all of you."

"What is it?"

The one named Seungcheol said while I looked at him straight in the eye.

"What is the color of Jason and Angel Black's precious gem?"

He looked quite taken back by my question and he looked at his brothers. All of them nodded their heads towards him and I figured they're talking in their mindlink.

"The answer to that is,"

This time Vernon spoke up and I waited patiently for their answer.

"Magenta."

All of them answered together and my eyes widened.

It's them, the 13 princes. I've found them. After two years of searching, I have finally found them.
